Try Ryan at Fan To Fan. I had a preorder with him when they first came out that I ended up having to cancel, then he emailed me saying he still had some and if I was still interested so I got them. [email protected] I ordered the Skywarp TC set from him and shipping was super fast. He's in Japan and is good with the communication. He only takes Paypal though I believe.
