Has anyone here ever bought one of heerotoysmaker's WST Ultra Magnus figures before from eBay? I just now got mine, and love it. Apparently, you can get him in G1, Diaclone, Shining and Glowing colors. Basically, you pay a set amount of $25 for the Dia/Shining/Glowing versions, and $30 for G1 version, which is understandable. Anyhow, the figure has the same parts as the original G1 toy, and the transformation is spot-on. For those of you who loved the original Ultra Magnus and want one thats small enough to take anywhere, this is the figure for you.

    Comments and questions welcome

As kickass as most of the WST's are I am thinking about ordering him too.And basically I gotta say these are way cooler than the full size versions for 3 reasons which is 1.like you said Galaximus they are small 2.they take up only about a 10th of the space the regular ones do and 3.these things are phenomonally detailed to be so small.

Lastly I wish Takara and Hasbro (very unlikely) would bring these back as commemorative line, and do lots more like Hoist,Grapple,Trailbreaker and so forth.Hell I'd pay $8 or $10 apiece for them all day.

got him in september. great figure mine even had a qc error in the head and heero sent me a new head. if you are a wst fan this is a must buy. only problems with it is if you have the original wst ultra magnus or prime the helmet won't fit it head and no diecast but those are very little negatives.

I have the WST Ultra Magnus, and Powered Commander.

Perfect version of the characters as far as I am concerned.

Got mine way back when Heero set the price rather than let the auctions run to $130+. I love him and think he is an absolutely amazing addition to my collection. I highly recommend picking him up if you have a WST collection.

I personally love the little locking tabs that Heero made for the figure, where they lock the leg pieces directly in place.

I have the Smallest Magnus from heerotoysmaker. It's great, particularly with Legends. He ends up about Cyberverse commander size in armor.

Actually a few of them did. I know Soundwaves feet were die-cast as were Primes, Starscreams, Thrusts, etc.

Which prime are you thinking of? I have both from Takara and all from heero. None have die-cast.

    Other than feet.

Only wsts out there with substantial die-cast are the Justi-toys stuff.

    4. More in scale with Unicron
    5. Makes dioramas easier to make since they are roughly on scale with the smaller trains.

I've decided to go wst for my displays. official and unofficial they rock.

I didn't think they did either until I did this (crazy but stick with me). Put your tongue on the feet or tap them against something (the official releases only, the KO's are plastic). Primes feet are indeed metal as are the others I told you and possibly more parts I cant remember.

Anyhoo, I just bought a 4-pack of glow in the dark Seekers (one in each mold).

... I am infinitely excited. $16 shipped? And I wanted a Starscream anyway, and I LOVE glow in the dark. Shame the shipping is going to take a month.

Saw a 2-pack Ultra Magnus/Optimus Prime glow in the dark set, but that was $40. I can't justify two figures (each smaller than a Cyberverse Commander) for $40.
