COOL! It looks like it actually transforms, ,but does it also have the drill-vehicle and base mode?

And, how big is it? Is it like 12" like the old toy, or is it like 4" like the Classics?

Studio Halfeye is definately awsome. I'll have to get something of their's eventually. It's definately Goo Ryuu. They've started doing Brave stuff lately. Maybe they'll do one of the villains that never had a toy sometime.

SH could give it a new head easilly. Check out Black Might Gaine. It has a completely different head and chest piece. Both bullet trains that make the arms have new parts too.

Do we actually have a confirmation on Studio HE issuing a TF-colored version, or are people just jumping to conclusions?

I wouldn't put it past them, but SHE hasn't done TFs in the past. They've done a fair bit of Brave, focused on Might Gaine, they've done the various Gravions, but no Tfs to my knowledge. Guess Takara isn't keen on giving them the rights (since the Brave stuff is licensed from Sunrise not Takara as far as I know).
This'll be crazy expensive for the size though, their stuff is good but very small and extremely pricey. Way too much for me to pay out (even though I'd love that Black Gaine)

    Here's SHE's Great Mightgaine:
    http://halfeye.m78.com/products/gmpm/gmpm2.html

    Mightgaine is 14,000Y
    http://halfeye.m78.com/products/gmpm/gmpm2.html

    Might Kaiser is 19,000Y
    http://www.hlj.com/product/SHE33010

That's about the average for their Brave figures. Their smallest robots are the transforming Getters, the cheapest of which is 7800Y.
    http://www.hlj.com/product/SHE021

    The biggest is 57,000Y
    http://www.hlj.com/product/SHE030

I have the first release of that last one. Back then they were hand built, from hand molded castings; all done in a two room apartment. Luxury items to the extreme, but for a fan of transforming robots, it was worth it to own bthe first ever fully transforming version of the original Getter Robos, the first ever transforming robots.

If you have the cash to spend and just love the art of transforming toy engineering, I cannot recommend SHE's work highly enough. The produce the Lexus or BMW of transforming robots.

Wow! I have always loved diatlus and too see this ...well it's awesome. I have always prefered diatlus pretty much over all japanesse exclusive tfs maybe because the toy is so awesome or because he was such a bad-ass in the tf zone pilot. I will keep an eye on this.
