Does anybody have one of these toys? I know it's not official, it's made by Kabaya and it look's pretty cool. My only grip is it's color scheme.
Who has one and what do they think of it?

Wait, are you talking about the Kabaya Gum Metroplex?

I don't know about Gum, but the one I'm seeing is a fully transformable Metroplex. Look's identical to the full-size counterpart except it's got dark colors everywhere.

The only Kabaya Metroplex I know is one made in the 1980's as a Japanese retail model kit that came with some candy.

Unfortunately, I can't really offer anything to the question being asked, but I AM very curious to see pictures of the toy in question...

Yea that look's like the one. There is one on ebay that shows city-mode very nicely. But for it to be in those ugly dark colors, it's too high a price for me.
I'd be more interested if it was closer to cartoon accurate. Here's the ebay-link if anybody is interested in it. And no, it's not mine.

That city mode is fake. He took the two halves of the hips apart and laid them out to make them look like they are supposed to do that. It can do a half-way city mode, but what he's showing exaggerates what it can do. Notice that the ramp doesn't come out either.

$55 is way too expensive for this. Toy Hell has them for $15

Interesting website. Have you purchased from them before and how's their service? Speed of shipping? Delivery? EMS? Thanks!

I've never ordered Tom toy hell but I've heard good things about them, the only thing that's kept me from ordering from them is that they only ship once a month.

Damn, that once a month thing's gotta suck.
And I think I'll pass on that WST Metroplex. It just doesn't wow me.

I bought from them a few years ago and I was quite happy with them. However, lately I tried contacting them about purchasing something and after over a month, I've gotten no reply. Not sure what the story is.

I contacted toyhell a year ago or so to buy a bunnnch of stuff.. Didnt get a reply for about 2 months and by then, I didnt want half of it anymore. Sent a reply asking about a modified order and again didnt hear back for a couple months. Needless to say, I didnt inquire about anything again >.>
