sure thing man
hey delta, i've been a fan since you first gave out that first set of free wheeljack stickers a long time ago, you've certainly come a long way since then!
i'm really looking forward to the fort max set!! jereon had made one for the older uranus five change fake but he's long been out TFs. which size new bootleg is this for? the larger one or the smaller one? the problem with these three bootlegs is all 3 of them are different sizes:
there was an "original" small bootleg fort max that came with working forearm guns and hatch, and even a little cog. the colors were close and the quality was pretty good...the uranus five change was a simplification and recolor of this mold.....
now, recently, they've done two of the mini fort maxes with the crappy head and green chest door.
jereon's set on the urananus five change, the whole thing had to be hand cut:
Awesome, I can't believe anyone remembers that free Wheeljack set. That must have been back in 99 or 2000.
It's for the guy in the middle of that pic. I didn't even know the small one existed.
Thanks for the stickers and K you can call be Goldie
what size KO Fort Max did you use
i mean literal size in inches or cms
great! how easy would it be to scale the die-cutter on these up and down?
Not easy. Might as well re-design the whole set
what if the decals were just scaled up/down but with no die-cutting? the reason i ask is because a lot of people own both the newer releases in asia and i'm sure they wouldn't mind cutting them out themselves....there was also a scaled down metroplex-size fort max bootleg in need of some serious sticker work. i can do a post on some asian forums to gauge interest if you want.
Two reasons that wouldn't work...
1) For some odd reason, these knock-offs are never really "to scale". Some parts might be %75 of the larger version, while other details are %65 of the larger size. It's weird, but the graphics have to be scaled separately for each sticker.
2) There's a dot pattern on the Fort Max set (silver and black). When scaled down for the larger one, it still looks acceptable, but any further scaling down would distort it and it would look terrible.
The Bigger one is cooler anyway It looks better with the WSTs, especially since its slightly taller than the combiners.
