Wrong colors?

    i just got bruticus from a target in la jolla california and i was just wondering why onsluaght is in motormaster colors?

    Maybe it was done to make the combined mode look more Bruticusy.

    because Motormaster is pissed his gestalt team gets no respect by Hasbro/Takara these days so they did a little change up

    Perhaps they didn't want to make something too close to the original Energon Barricade, which was already pretty close to the G1 Onslaught colors. The gray Onslaught helps the combined mode look a bit more cartoon/G1, as that has more gray/silver parts added as Bruticus.

    Energon Bruticus was already a pretty good G1 tribute in it's own right. RotF Bruticus needed a repaint to distinguish itself from the former. I didn't even think about being like Motormaster, but then again I don't care.

    But yeah, never put thought into it. Still makes an okay Bruticus if you like it.

    "Motormaster" would be great with RotF Scout Class Dead End and Brakedown... now I have to get it...
