    Oh, I must say, I REALLY like this. I don't know why we haven't seen more Sprung/Bulkhead to Whirl conversions, this really works just about perfectly!

    That's... That's actually kind of what Whirl is already. Impulsive, aggressive, blue/white, he's a cyclops, and he's on the side of the good guys.
