I get that roadbuster has the hat and mullet. Leafoot has the jolly beer gut. But what about topspin? To me he looks like his hair is a curly wig

They all embody one kind of stereotype (sort of deep south southern farmer kinda) with their physical appearence but in behavior they are more like Scottish mercenaries

If they sounded southern then they would have fit the role their designs are getting across. I really didn't see them as stereotypes

They didn't act like stereotypical good ole boys so as far as I'm concerned they are not stereotypes.

dreadlocks (braids) can move that fluidly, it being a mullet, it wouldn't be moving the way it did.

I was so happy when they were revealed to be English/Scottish. Movie needed moar Demoman quotes, though.

"I'm drunk, you don't have an excuse."

I can swear I heard one word or a mumble from Topspin. I know he wasn't in the credits, but so was Grindor in RotF. Was I just confusing him with another Wrecker or Que (the other blue guy)?

I REALLY think Topspin said "Let's kick some ass" on the Battle of Chicago.
