Went to watch the Millenium stadium super-special stage last night (bit deaf now!) and twas brilliant! Really is the only way to get a good view of the rally cars, and a fair bit more comfortable than watching them out on the forest stages. there's the layout, covers the area of a full footbal or rugby pitch, cars come in over a jump at the bottom-right, do two laps and then park up on the platform in the bottom-centre to have their timing paperwork checked. Some of the US guys may not know about the WRC, the WRC-class cars are 4WD 2 litre turbo cars putting out around 300bhp, BT/alt smokescreen is one of these. There are also J-WRC cars which are 1.6 non-turbo FWD cars and group N cars whcih are lightly modified showroom cars.
