Then you need to get your vision checked. That's fiction heat building up from leaving the atmosphere.

If he was going to teleport away, they'd make it clear.

Also, looking like he's disappearing to you does not make it fact. However what is fact is that Starscream is still clearly visible in that frame.

The Fallen and Jetfire are both incredibly old and have incredible power. That's why they can teleport.

I doo need an eye check, but I still feel its debatable.

thats BS and you know it.

this is a Bay film, between making something clear and making something look cool, Bay goes for looking cool every time.

pay attention to the conversation being had.

I NEVER claimed it was a fact. From the startv I said it looked like he was telaporting.
and it looks like hes telaporting to me.

And he doesn't. If he was teleporting, they'd show him, y'know. Teleport. Stop being there. Vanish completely. Not glow and catch on fire and then just keep going in the same line.

It's not. He's there, in the frame, clear as day. Nothing debatable about what is clearly visible.

It's not. When Jetfire teleported it was clear, when the Fallen teleported it was clear. Also they had very distinct sound effects to let you know when something is happening. All we get with Starscream is a boom and jet noise.

Also, you think they'd go to all the trouble to do that extra scene and then just have him not-really teleport away at the last frame? Why? It makes no sense, and you know that.

And that's just it, it's just a cool atmosphere-leaving effect. He's not teleporting, he's not disappearing, he's just going into space.

You might wanna take a look back a page.
    :/

And to everyone else it's clear he isn't.

Why would it only encompass his leading edges, and why does it go around him rather than through him, and why is he still opaque instead of becoming see-through or dissolving from the shot, and why does it begin to subside after it appears without him disappearing, and why does that happen just as he's leaving the atmosphere when there'd be friction heat to create that exact same effect?

the glow looked like it was fading him out to me

How long do you want to continue arguing about what I thought I saw?

It is BS, this is the first film, and Bay may not have decided on the type of effect he wanted to use at that point yet.

    samev as above.
I dont see how it makes a difference either way.
you might be right, but I stand by my idea.
Just did, and I see no claim of fact of telaporting

We never saw where he was going so we csant say he was just leaving thr earth as a fact.

Would you like a medal for that?

Why do you think that everyone agreeing on something would effect what I think I saw?

All those questions can be answered by, Bay may have thought it looked cool.

Why don't we just watch a motion clip of that scene, and we can all determine if Starscream teleports or not? :)

I'm not sure if this is a bootleg or not, so if it is, tell me and I will remove it.

Anyways, go to 2:40 to see Starscream leaving Earth's atmosphere.

You act as if Michael Bay traveled into space to shoot these shots and that whatever you see is 100 percent solid.

Do you honestly think Michael Bay is the kind of person who wouldn't put a galaxy behind Saturn and Titan just to make it look cool? The guy who put a whole 20 minute block of a giant worm ripping a skyscraper apart because its cool and putting flying squirrel people in DOTM because he saw sixty minutes and thought it was nifty?

Its Saturn and titan man. What do you have against the nemesis sitting on a moon in this solar system.

not to sound rude but I tried that a few minutes ago.

Still looks like a telaport to me.

But I can see why others dont agree

Bottom line it just looked like it to me.If you dont agree thats fine.

Different people sometimes see things differently.

I understand people having different opinions but once you go and try to argue yours as fact it goes up for people to argue against and try to disprove.

    excuse me?

    not at all.

But a film is intended to delve a message.Adding something like a nebula to an area of space that is known not to have one delivers the messege that we arent looking at a known area.

Its no different then all the times the makers of Star Trek took a satellite image of Earth and re-arranged the continents. Its done to make Earth look like a different planet.

Adding a nebula to the area of space arround Saturn has the same effect.
I have no problem with the idea, but the film did not convey that.

Adding the nebula made the area look like foreign space.
Did you read thru the conversation?

I NEVER once said what I saw was a fact.

The first thing I said was that it "sort of" looked like telaporting to me.And everything I said since was pretty much the same.
