Did an ebay search and was surprised at what he goes for. Any reason why? I saw him constantly when he was at retail.

Because it's the best toy rendition of Barricade and it appeals more to adult collectors rather than children.

Same reason LDR Brawl is terribly expensive but not the DLX, or why ROTF LDR Megatron has skyrocketed as well.

Moreover, people thought that we'd be getting superior figures and upgrades in dotm and we didn't, so the ROTF versions remain popular.

The problem is he's no longer at retail. Supply and demand. Looking back I should have bought him for $25 when I saw him at Walmart. Evil eBay prices are evil.

I'm glad I got him at Toys R Us when I saw him there. They only had one left when I bought him but luckily I called TRU before I went into the store. I asked them to save the last one for me.

Is it still at around $100 or has it dipped a little?

Its as others said combined with being harder to find when he was at retail. It really is a great toy.

This is why I buy almost everything the second it appears at online stores, like BBTS or target.com, etc. I was able to get the Universe Legends wave with Cosmos, and the RTS Legends, among other figures. Sometimes, it pays to pay just a little bit more. Otherwise you might not see those figures again.

To me,is not as nice as HA Jazz but the high in price is just the supply & demand, nothing really special in the HA Barricade

Honestly, while Human Alliance Barricade is a great figure I won't be paying an arm and a leg for him. At this point given the scale of the DOTM toys being reduced DOTM deluxe Barricade is fine for me. Plus I like customizing the DOTM figures since most of them are pretty devoid of paint app details. Heck, they're practically model kits in that regard.

He's awesome at the $15 I was lucky to find him for at retail here, great at normal $35 price, but at $100? I don't think I'd pay that type of moolah for him or any of the HA figures, as much as I like them.

$100?? Damn, maybe I should take mine out of storage and unload it, lol.

I understand supply & demand on HA Barricade, Leader Brawl, etc. But what I don't get is why ROTF Shadow Megatron (or whatever it is) has jumped up so much in price. It's a random repaint that doesn't really fall into the movie-verse.

Go figure, because I thought he was garbage.
As far as I am concerned, there were only 2 good HA's- BB and Jazz (and I havethem both).
