Nope. There's not many old movies I would go see in theaters if they were ever re-released, and even then, I wouldn't see the need for them to be in 3D. The DVD of this movie is enough for me, and all of it's sequels...

No. The Movie doesn't need it and is likely too old for it to be done well.

secondly until they can do 3d movies that can be watched properly by people who wear glasses i am not interested in them at all.

No, because I don't like the Donner Superman movies. So I won't watch them any place.

The Donner movies were great unto themselves. The gimmick would cheapen them. The same way Star Wars was cheapened by Lucas imo.

I can see why they'd want to convert it into 3D, what with all the swooshing and flying and long deep shots and cityscapes. But the end product isn't likely to be as good as anyone would like. If it had been possible to shoot in modern 3D at the time the movie was originally made then opinions might've been different.

I suppose I would still watch it just to see how it turned out.

No. I love the movie but I hate 3D.

And this movie wasn't meant for 3D anyway. I wouldn't watch a 2D movie converted into 3D any more than I would watch a black & white movie that had been colorized. F Ted Turner and F this.

no, i already own superman. i do not need to spend 14 dollars to see it again.
it is a fantastic movie, and no amount of 3d will ever make it better.

Not 3D, but I wouldn't mind a special edition, where they went back and used CG to make some of the effects more believable, as I find the first two movies as how superman movies should be written. (With the exception of the Kiss and Celophane S in 2) That way they would hold up better for future generations and be around longer.

If it's not broke, don't fix it.

Superman certainly in not broken. It doesn't need 3D

No. Not only did I not like Superman '78 in 2D, but I don't like 3D in general.

It's pointless to convert the movie into 3D, so no.
