With gems like Barricade, Soundwave, and Jazz, the Human Alliance line has provided us with close to Masterpiece versions of movie characters.

If Hasbro were to go hog wild and release HA incarnations of every movie character, including Ratchet, Ironhide (though his leader works as a stand-in), and Optimus Prime, would you make it your exclusive Movie line? I know I would, because I love all my HA's to bits.

    No.

There are only like...two HA figures I actually like. The rest are easy passes. Especially for the price over here. $40 each? No thanks.

I agree, with additions of leaders HA is the definitive movie line IMO. I've sold off all my movie deluxes and voyagers, with the exception of a few characters that weren't available in a better scale (DOTM Megs, Shocwave, etc) and focused mainly on the HA and leader figs.

I remember watching an optibotimus review a couple of years ago(I could be off on the timeframe) of alternators wheeljack, and he made a comment how the movie should have looked like the alternators line. I couldn't agree more -- so many of the transformers in the film featured name brand vehicles and jets and whatnot with very complex transformations -- and I think a movie line featuring the same would have been fantastic. There seems to be an agreement among most people on this website however that such a line would never happen due to the economics of children representing 85% of the transformers market.

I'm all for it. I love HA Jazz, Barricade, and Soundwave. But I doubt we'll get any more HAs until the next Bayverse movie.

    Yes.

I already see it as my definitive movie line - though I do wish they'd made some other characters like Jolt, Ratchet, Sideways, "Mirage", and of course, an Ironhide (even though the leader works, I wanted him as part of the pre-DOTM HA line so freaking bad)........

As awesome as my HA set up is, it does feel incomplete.

One, they're at least $30+, and
two, out of all of the HA figures release between ROTF and DOTM, Skids, Mudflap, and Jazz are the only ones I wanted and own.

They are so darn expensive atm that it detracts from them, especially Soundwave which is already nearly $100 considering when it was released....and that doesn't sit well for me.

I'd probably do what I plan to do now for Human Alliance, just collect all the Wreckers. Since if Hasbro made all characters Human Alliance we would get Topspin so my Human Alliance collection would be complete. :D

I love the concept of Human Alliance. A line that's attempting to be in vehicle scale makes me giddy. The only problem is that I hate the movie designs so I have zero interest in what's been released. So if they make Classics Human Alliance then I would be interested.

IMHO, once a year they should do a HA line. invest some time to make it worth it.

Though id want a none HA Thunderhead/Crosshairs. Thats a cool alt mode.

    First of all ; they will need to make those HUMAN figures that come with it both smaller and better ;

With saying "better", I mean better engineering in such a way that it doesn't affect the Transformer in a bad way ; if they make the human figure a tad bit smaller and more nimble, then the TF can use a bit more space for its own engineering.

Also.... they these HA's will need to move beyond car altmodes to be of any interest to me. ( same reason I'm not interested in Alternators and BT's ; all just cars cars cars and more cars ).

They're good, but not that good. And I would never make a line without an Optimus Prime my definitive movie line. And they're probably never going to make a movie Optimus in that scale.

if they weren't at the least 30 bucks each, and released more decepticons in it.
