Would Animated's plot be suitable for a live action movie?

I'm talking about for a possible remake or reboot, I honestly thought that the first episode(s) was(were) movie quality (Transform and Roll Out)! It would be pretty interesting to see how it turns out, opinions?

The thought of a live-action Sari is actually pretty creepy, but then the thought of a live-action Capt. Fanzone is actually pretty cool.

It could go either way, as long as the story was kept on the robots more than the humans.

As much as Avatar: The Last Airbender's plot was.

    In other words, no.

There are some rather deep, intelligent and emotional elements to TFA that would be a treat to see on a screen LA-wise.
the whole Ratchet-Arcee-Omega Supreme story, Ratchet's guilt over the loss of Arcee and more development of Prowl's origins...that has me stoked.

I would rather have a bot-centric movie, but it is inescapable to make a TFA flick without Sari. so seeing her transform into her destined self would be nice.

and here's a suggestion for a certain character:

Is there a way to find that guy and make him say "This is why i hate machines!"? XD
Animated was a nice potential but i am not sure it will translate well. Mostly the time, it will had to condense each season a bit much i think. :(

I think TFA would also work as an animated movie as well. Plus it would be cool to see the line drawings translated to CGI. It something Dreamworks and Hasbro could work on while the live action series is in between reboots. Beast Wars would work for that too, but it doesn't have as much unmined story potential as TFA.

Animated movie, drawn or cgi. Please no real life.

They'd have to go all Avatar: The Last Airbender on it because the cartoon seems to comical for a real life setting. And then they'd RUIN EVERYTHING.

I'm inclined to agree. TFA has an undeniable "kids' cartoon with some depth" feel that IMO works in its favor, and trying to build a live-action movie around it will almost certainly lose or subvert that in translation. Hell, look at the existing TF movies, and I doubt you'll say it has the same feel as G1 or any other TF fiction incarnation. (not that they were really trying for that, mind you)

And they wouldn't even call her Sari once in the entire film.

Honestly, I don't think Animated would translate well into a live-action movie.

    Oh hell yes. :lolol

Anyway, as far as a live-action movie that has Animated's plot goes...nah. Wouldn't work.
