I'd like to say Super mario brothers, but since it really has nothing but the characters names, it's more like a coincidence with homages.

Oh and Uve Boll or whatever his name is.

    The game.

Super Mario Bros. Good God that was the worst movie I ever watched.

And if that doesn't count I'd say Doom. Hated that movie too.

The "doesnt count" was a joke, cause it has little to nothing to do with SMB

SMB was nothing but pain and sadness for me. Thank god it didn't get a sequel.

I hate street fighter: legend of chun-li a whole lot more than the van damme street fighter, which is at least viewable.

Double Dragon. Hands down the absolute worst adaptation in existence.

Unless someone eventually makes a live action movie based on Pac-man. Then I'll have to re-evaluate my previous choice.

House of the Dead because it was somewhat attempted to be serious, but completely failed. At least with SMB and D&D, you knew that it was pretty much a joke from the start.

alone in the dark, house of the dead, double dragon, and street fighter were horrible.

I actually liked Super Mario Bros., Silent Hill, Tomb Raider, Mortal Kombat, and Doom was mediocre

Someone actually liked SMB? Never heard that before. I do agree that Tomb Raider was a good movie, though.

I don't think Mario Bros was the least entertaining, but it was the worst adaptation I've seen. Mortal Kombat Annhilation has to be the downright worst video game based movie I've seen. I haven't seen anything by Uwe B. though.

Count yourself lucky then. I watched them when they aired on Sci-fi awhile back. I thought they were horrible, and highly enjoy the sci-fi movies of the week, so that's saying alot.

Holy crap, I forgot about that steaming pile of crap movie! Yes, that hands down is my vote on worst.

I happened to enjoy SMB, Street Fighter, Bloodrayne(even though it vered so much from the storyline from the game), Doom, Silent Hill(which still gives me the chills occasionally). The first Mortal Kombat was great, the second one...yeah, I can't watch that one without cringing in some form.
