I'm for Megatron being the worst so far (I for one LIKE Jetfire the way he is). I'm not really all that hot on his new design, but at least he has something like a reconiseable altmode this time round, plus I need a movie Megs to fill out my collection.
I'm really confused as to how Jetfire could be worse than Megatron from this line... I would offer up my argument for review even before beginning the debate: Jetfire has this problem... Megatron...gimp arm Jetfire has that problem... Megatron...gimp arm But cp, which arm of Megatron's are you referring to? Pick either one, it doesn't matter.
I love them all but Megatron mostly due the "not a triple changer" thing and the head sculpt, the only reason Jetfire beat out Megatron is because he's HUGE and combines with Prime.
That made me I would go with Megatron so far as well just because I hate how visible the head is in alt mode. It's like he's staring at me from the front of the tank. The Voyager has this problem as well, but at least it's $24 cheaper!
i actually thought originally that the leader megatron wouldn't be on that great. but i just bought him anyways because i wanted a megatron that would be able to about the same size of prime. in fact i preordered the voyager one too, at the same time. but, after getting him home, he had quickly become my favorite ROTF toy i have right now, *him and ransack* while he is a little simple, he is a HUGE improvement on the last incarnation. *the last movie one* and actually is quite fun to transform. the worst, i would probably still say is him, though, but it's not that he's bad it's just that he's on the bottom of the top 4 leaders, from the movie, with there ONLY being 4 leaders... but he is by far my favorite ROTF toy right now, even with the small arm he looks awesome. i just love the really long, middle finger too...
Did anybody here go to BotCon? I REALLY want to hear about the Leader Starscream. Although only a prototype, was it awesome? Better than the Voyager? Had hands? If so, then holy shit, I will NOT hesitate to take 40 bucks out of my paycheck to get him. Hopefully he gets released soon.
SS is supposed to be "masterpiece" quality and Yes the worst leader is still ROTF Megs. If Hasbro re-released Megatron with new arms that made him look like he could f*ck up Prime...then id buy it in a heartbeat!!
I'd have to say Megatron. I hate his tank mode and the robot mode isn't anything special. Jetfire's alt mode is awesome, his robot mode is ok, and he combines with Prime. That's a plus.
