Oh no question he was gonna come back and help form Devastator. Still never found myself caring much for him.

There are some moments that are salvageable.
ANd the show is at least bearable.

But the con' designs were still absolutely horrid.

Personally, one of my least favorite Decepticons is (unpopular opinion time) Sunbow Megatron. He suffered from being a cliché 80's cartoon idiot villain, and even then there were some threatening 80's cartoon villains like Venger (and most other villains from the D&D cartoon; it's one of the few 80's cartoons I'd consider well-written, TBH), the Grundel from The Real Ghostbusters (another one of the precious few well-written 80's cartoons), and the villains from Voltron (although they're still not as cool as their Legendary Defender counterparts). I mean, when he was Galvatron he had the excuse of being completely batshit insane, but I find it difficult to believe a guy who probably had an Idiot Ball built into his processor managed to take over Cybertron. I mean, he was entertainingly stupid, but he's still my top choice for "worst Megatron incarnation." Then again, I was kind of spoiled by having the first Megatron I watched being a friggin' James Bond villain, so... Yeah.

I stopped as soon as I saw Ratbat.

Fuck them, Ratbat was one of if not the most effective Decepticon leaders of all time. They don't know dick about anyshit.

Eh, they got some information wrong with Astrotrain, whom I feel along with G1 Devastator and Ratbat didn't deserve to be on the list, but it was an entertaining read nonetheless. :lol  I personally would have included G1 Megatron, ROTF Devastator, and maybe a few RID2015 Decepticons, myself.

Some of them I don't know. I can see some of this person's points about them, some definitely shouldn't be on that list at all. Ratbat, Dead End and Devastator are big fat no-nos!

    @ILoveDinobot

I didn't even know he had a name. Now I feel bad for him.

I completely agree about the Driller. We could have gotten an actual character. At least it wasn't unfunny, gratingly annoying comic relief like Brains.

Movie Shockwave was a complete waste of a classic villain. Same with Scorponok being reduced to a minion. They could have used Scorpulator.

I wouldn't include Scorponok, since he did manage to hold his own against Epps, Lennox, and co. This is most useless Decepticons, not least favorite Decepticons. :D

Man they hate headmasters. Look at all the headmasters on that list!

Shocked they didn't have Browning the--water gun decepticon who shoots--water. Yeah that will stop the autobots!

Fair enough. That's why I suggested using the name Scorpulator. Movie Scorponok was done well for what he was. A minion like G1 Scorpulator.

Given what a great villain Scorponok was in the Marvel comics, I just felt it a shame that his name was attached to a minion in the movie.

I know. I really want to see a sympathetic villain-style Scorponok in the future. As much as I love IDW comics, as much as I like RID, and as much as I forgive the movies, I find myself annoyed that they seem determined to avoid perhaps the best characterization for Scorponok. I guess they just wanted to use the most popular name. Maybe if they introduce him as "MegaZarak" or something...

I can't blame the writers for using the Scorponok name. It rolls off the tongue better than Scorpulator which seems a bit kiddy and forced,

I KNOW IT'S NOT AN IMPRESSIVE LISTING TO SOME, (please remember :consider the source!) HOWEVER DO NOT RESORT TO NAME CALLING OR DEROGATORY INSULTS TO OTHER MEMBERS FOR THEIR LISTS AND CHOICES.

AS LONG AS IT DOESN'T BREAK OUR RULES, PEOPLE ARE ALLOWED TO HAVE THEIR OPINIONS WITHOUT BEING ATTACKED OR CALLED NAMES..AS RULE 1 STATES:
    PLAY NICE!
