Well it it does not have flames
Actually, I'd think that'd work. Both Prime not having flames AND Bay not directing.
i think bay directing is the worse case.
Where does his trailer go?
ask Animated Prime bout that one
Ironhide should be a red minivan, and his hologram should be a soccer mom.
They would mass shift all over the place and have boxy robot designs.
Megatron is a freaking gun!
With no Bay, the movie would be of a higher quality but probably not as popular.
Says nothing about potential movie quality, but ignoring whatever would've happened with the robot - that truck is a better disguise, stands out way less than the Pimp-My-Peterbilt Express
But! But! Red is hard to shoot! (or whatever the excuse was)
wait wouldn't the worst case be if Bay directs another one of these movies? I don't know if my life can stand 2 more hours of stupid subplots and a rediculous amounts of explosions.
People need to stop hating on Bay so much. Think of it...what if the director of the new Dragonball movie were to direct? My cousin told me he heard from so many people saying it's so horrible, you pretty much have to see it. Hell, I've never even seen the anime but from what I can see from trailers, it looks like utter crap.
No one appreciates what they do have until they have something way worse. Human nature at it's finest.
Um he also directed Kung Fu Hustle and Shaolin Soccer and both of those were awesome.
Ang Lee directed The Hulk and Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon
Don't let one crappy movie dictate how you view a director. Bay on the other hand, has a track record of suck most vacuums envy.
oh nooo reveng eof the brickbots!
nothing wrong with that. at least those pesky wheels wont be showing all the time.
Yeah, I know what you mean.
Giant shape-shifting space robots invading Earth is a very serious topic that needs to be deal with care and dedication. Shame on Michael Bay for making light of such a important issue.
Seriously, it's posts like this that made me stop ever calling myself a nerd or geek.
If you really take your generic pop fiction (which Transformers is and has always been and don't even try to argue THAT) this seriously, you need to take a good long look at your priorities in life.
And go outside and take a walk or something. The fresh air and exercise will do you good.
