World of Heroes is an RP that encompasses all comic book Superheroes and villains into a single RP. Classic bouts of good vs evil are sure to happen, as well as dimension-hopping shenanigans!

    Rules:

-While more than one version of the same superhero identity is perfectly acceptable (ex. Various Spider-men are allowed to coexist) to avoid oversaturation we ask that you refrain from using the same identity under the mask unless there is a substantial difference to allow for that (for example, a Justice Lord take on the character or, if the character is nominally a villain, a heroic take on them.)

-No Godmodding. To this end, Dr Manhattan and characters like him are banned from this RP. Basically if they are more powerful than Darkseid or Thanos they are unplayable. (But seriously, even if the character is Batman they cannot be prepared for literally everything.)

-Only characters that originally hail from Superhero comics are applicable. Sadly this means you cannot choose Charles Barkley as one of your characters.

-No auto-hitting. You can have Superman throw a punch but it’s up to the other player if it hits. Of the same virtue, however, you cannot dodge every blow thrown your way. No one is invincible, not even the likes of the New Gods.

-Keep all interactions with other players civil. This is not a pissing contest to see if Marvel or DC are better, this is merely for fun.

-When signing up with a character, use the following template:

    • Hero name

    • Civilian name

    • Alignment (Good, Evil, Anti-hero, Anti-Villain, neutral, ???)

    • Group(s)

    • Appearance

    • Bio (basically a brief write-up on their history and personality)

    • Power set/Gadgets and paraphernalia

    • Theme song (optional)

-This list applies to well-known characters every bit as much as characters originally designed for this RP.

-Characters can be affiliated with a number of groups, up to and including:

    • S.H.I.E.L.D: Run by Nick Fury, this military organization is effectively what keeps the likes of the Avengers and the Justice League in check. They answer directly to the United Nations.

    • Justice League: One half of the “big two”, the Justice League consists of some of the world’s greatest superheroes. They operate from their orbital Watchtower, from which they can deploy any agent via teleporter.

    • Avengers: The other half of the “big two”, the Avengers are stationed in Avengers Tower, New York city. They also consist of some of the world’s greatest heroes.

    • Thunderbolts: A team dedicated to helping reformed supervillains into becoming heroes, this organization is kept under close tabs by S.H.I.E.L.D.

    • Young Justice: Effectively the Justice League of teenaged Superheroes.

    • X-men: Lead by Charles Xavier, the X-men are a team of Mutants trained to use their powers for the benefit of mankind, regardless of the vitriolic hatred they endure.

    • Brotherhood of Mutants: Led by Magneto, the Brotherhood of Mutants seek to create a paradise for Mutantkind… by force. They and the X-men are diametrically opposed.

    • Future Foundation: Formerly the Fantastic Four, the Future Foundation is the result of the expansion of that team. Their goal is to create a better future for mankind.

    • Sinister Six: This constantly-shifting lineup of villains are usually pit against Spider-man, though they have been known to fight against other heroes.

    • The Mainframe: A faction of rogue AI/robotic beings, lead by Ultron and mostly populated by drones. Ultimate goal is to replace organics as the dominant species. Other notable members include the Amazo Android and the Super-Adaptoid.

    • Legion of Doom: A conglomerate of various villains teamed up to specifically defeat the heroes of the world. They are the foil of the Justice League and the Avengers.

    • Goblin Nation: An organization lead by the original Green Goblin himself, Norman Osborn, the Goblin Nation seeks to wreak havoc throughout the entire world… though New York is always a good place to start.

    • Bureau for Paranormal Research and Defense (BRPD): A branch of the United Nations dedicated to keeping paranormal activity under control.

    • Tesladyne industries: An organization of Action Scientists founded by Atomic Robo, creation of the late Nikola Tesla. Their goal is to make the world a better place with ACTION SCIENCE.

    • Suicide Squad: A team of villains and anti-heroes forced together as a result of government agent Amanda Waller, tasked with off-the-books missions.

    • Kingpin: Basically anyone who works for the current Kingpin of Crime in any given district.

    • Nazis: Self-explanatory.

    Ebay:
    Twitter:
Gonna claim Ultron, Flash, Coulson, Skye/Quake, Melinda May, Deadpool, Deathstroke, and Caitlyn Snow/'Killer Frost'

    Hero name: The Flash

    Civilian name: Barry Allen

    Alignment: Good

    Group: Justice League; STAR Labs

    Appearance

Bio: Barry is perhaps the most notable Meta-Human to come as a result of the STAR Labs particle accelerator explosion. This accident connected him to the Speed Force, allowing him to move at ultra-high speeds, a power he uses in a variety of ways. Nowadays he’s founding member of the Justice League, though he frequently visits his friends at STAR Labs.

    Powers: Super Speed/Speed Force

    Theme song

    Hero name: Snowfall

    Civilian name: Caitlyn Snow

    Alignment: Good

Group: Justice League (Associate), STAR Labs

    Appearance

Bio: Like Barry and Cisco, Caitlyn found herself with superpowers as a result of the particle Accelerator Explosion. Unlike her parallel universe counterpart Killer Frost, Caitlyn remained on the side of good thanks to support from her friends, instead choosing the name ‘Snowfall’. She currently works at STAR labs as a trainer for new superheroes.

    Powers: Cryokenisis

    Name: Phil Coulson

    Alignment: Good

    Group: SHIELD

    Appearance

Bio: Coulson is one of the top agents of SHIELD, and considered to be an honorary Avenger. He is a very tactical leader, but despite this knows when to bend (or outright ignore) protocol in order to protect those he cares about. Despite moving up in the ranks at SHIELD, he replies on his old team consisting of Daisy Johnson, Melinda May, Leo Fitz and Jemma Simmons.

Weapons: Variety of SHIELD issue weapons, Mechanical left hand

    Theme song

    Hero name: Quake

    Civilian name: Daisy ‘Skye’ Johnson

    Alignment: Good

    Group: SHIELD; Inhuman

    Appearance

Bio: Daisy was a computer hacker that was picked up by SHIELD when she was in her twenties. Initially she was to be arrested, but she worked well with SHIELD, so they allowed her to join the operation. Later she discovered her family history had ties to the Inhumans, along the way gaining vibrational powers strong enough to tear apart solid rock faces.

    Powers: Earthquake generation

    Name: Melinda May

    Alignment: Good

    Group: SHIELD

    Appearance

Bio: May is one of SHIELD’s best field agents- or at least she was until a mission forced her to overstep her moral boundaries. She retired from field work for some time until Phil Coulson recruited her for a mission. During that time her fire was re-kindled and she’s been back at it ever since. Though she seems cold and distant, those who are close to May will say she is incredibly caring for her friends and the lives of the innocent.

    Weapons: Variety of SHIELD-issue weapons

    Code name: Deadpool

    Civilian name: Wade Wilson

    Alignment: Anti-hero

    Group: N/A (Mercenary)

    Appearance

Bio: Well, who’s THIS handsome devil? Sure it couldn’t be the incredible Deadpool, could it? This badass literal-mother-f***er (censorship asterisks, really?) was once the lowly Wade Wilson, until he got a nasty case of cancer. Actual cancer, not internet cancer. Some guys promised him a cure, but they turned out to be lying jackasses who put him through a series of experiments that f***ed up his once-beautiful face. It wasn’t a total bust, though- he also gained super-healing! Horary for silver linings! He’s worked with a bunch of organizations- SHIELD, Avengers, Justice League- but officially considers himself an unaffiliated mercenary. I’m to badass for those guys! Uh, I mean, HE’S too badass for those guys. Also, he’s not copying Deathstroke OR Spider-Man- THEY’RE copying HIM!

Powers: Regeneration, Immunity to chemical warfare and psychic attacks, Fourth Wall breaking, Extreme badassery

Weapons: Variety of firearms, Twin Adamantium swords

    Theme song

    Name: Ultron

    Alignment: Evil

    Group: The Mainframe

    Appearance

Bio: Originally created as an adaptive AI meant to help humanity, Ultron’s primary directives were twisted when he was exposed to humanity’s fear of AI taking control of the world. Ultron concluded that machinery was the next evolution of organics, and since humans were afraid of becoming mechanical, he’d have to force them to evolve. With this in mind he established The Mainframe, recruiting other machine-based beings to help him achieve his goals.

Powers: Everything that comes with being an AI- creating memory backups, super intellect, etc.

    Theme song

    Code name: Deathstroke

    Civilian name: Slade Wilson

    Alignment: Evil

    Group: N/A (For hire)

    Appearance

Bio: Slade Wilson was marooned on the same island as Oliver Queen was almost a decade ago. The two formed a friendship and worked together with some others to try and escape. However, Slade was hit by a major explosion that caused him critical injuries. To save his life Oliver injected him with an unstable super-soldier serum that caused him to go insane. He eventually escaped the island and to this day hunts Oliver- aka the Green Arrow.

    Powers: Regeneration, Super-Strength, Heightened senses

Weapons: Wide range of firearms, Sword

    Theme song

Claiming Miles Morales, Mac Gargan (Spider-man), Jennifer Walters, Hellboy, Abner Jenkins, Atomic Robo, Rorschach, Bane, the Hobgoblin, Otto Octavius (Dr. Octopus), Victor Von Doom, Two-face and Dr. Dinosaur

    HEROES
    Hero name: Spider-Man

    Civilian name: Miles Morales

    Alignment: Good

    Group(s): Young Justice

    Appearance:

Bio: Another result of a mutated spider bite resulting in super powers, Miles is the latest member of the Spider-family. Ben Reilly, the Scarlet Spider, was quick to take him in and teach him how to use his newfound powers effectively. These days he loosely works alongside Young Justice and its members-- though technically a member, Miles works solo by nature. This doesn't mean he's too conceited to call for help when he needs it, however.

Power set/Gadgets and paraphernalia: Wall-crawling, Spider-sense, superhuman strength and agility, Spider-camo, venom shock, web shooters

    Theme song:

    ___________________________________________________________

    Hero name: She-Hulk

    Civilian name: Jennifer Walters

    Alignment: Good

    Group(s): Avengers

    Appearance:

Bio: Bruce Banner's cousin Jennifer wound up getting the Hulk treatment when she received a blood transfer from the former. Unlike her male counterpart, however, She-Hulk maintains her faculties in her new form and as a matter of fact has come to prefer the new look, barely ever changing back to Jennifer Walters. And why would she, when she can do everything she could already do better as a Hulk (and then some)?

Power set/Gadgets and paraphernalia: Superhuman strength, bulletproof skin

    Hero name: Hellboy

    Civilian name: N/A

    Alignment: Good

    Group(s): BRPD

    Appearance:

Bio: Summoned in a satanic ritual as an infant, Hellboy was taken in by the BRPD and raised like a normal child. He grew up to be their finest agent-- a gun-toting, beer-guzzling, unflappable foulmouth who nevertheless is generally heroic. Simultaneously the organization's most dangerous liability and ultimate ace-in-the-hole, Hellboy has been sought out by many a demonic entity for his considerable power. He's stubbornly resisted them every time, refusing to "fulfill his destiny" by bringing forth the apocalypse. One has to respect his integrity

Power set/Gadgets and paraphernalia: Pistol, Right hand of doom

    Theme song:

    Hero name: Atomic Robo

    Civilian name: N/A

    Alignment: Good

    Group(s): Tesladyne Industries

    Appearance:

Bio: The creation of the late great Nikola Tesla, Atomic Robo is impossibly old. He's been through quite a bit in his long, storied life, having adventures in science that border on incomprehensible. The founder of Tesladyne industries, he's in charge of helping a crack team of action scientists to save the world from threats of all manners through the power of ACTION SCIENCE. This usually translates to blowing things up, which he is incredibly good at.

Power set/Gadgets and paraphernalia: Incredible durability, super strength, weighs five tons

    Hero name: Mach V

    Civilian name: Abner Jenkins

    Alignment: Good

    Appearance:

Bio: Formerly the supervillain known as The Beetle, Abner Jenkins crafted the Mach V identity in a bid to infiltrate the Super Hero community under the leadership of Baron Zemo. As time went on, however, Abner realized he actually liked being a hero and eventually turned on Zemo, going legit and dropping the Beetle identity in favor of his new heroic one. Now he leads the Thunderbolts initiative, determined to help other former villains to better themselves and become heroes as well.

Power set/Gadgets and paraphernalia: Power armor with booster rockets, wrist-mounted lasers, tactical visor and hidden missile pods

    Hero name: Martian Manhunter

Civilian name: J'onn J'onzz (John Jones)

    Alignment: Good

    Group(s): Justice League

    Appearance: [IMG]

Bio: J'onn J'onzz is the last surviving Martian. Unlike Superman, who has since come to find other surviving Kryptonians, J'onn is well and truly alone in this vast universe. Though he tries not to let it get to him, he does still mourn the genocide of his species and struggle with survivor's guilt. In spite of (or perhaps because of) this, he is a dedicated member of the Justice League and does everything in his power to help those in need. Fortunately for humanity, his power is both immense and versatile, rivaling that of the Man of Steel. Though stoic and reserved, J'onn is not devoid of a sense of humor and appreciates the little things in life, like a pack of oreos.

Power set/Gadgets and paraphernalia: Due to his Martian physiology J'onn is imbued with a number of impressive powers, including shapeshifting, intangibility, telepathy, telekinesis, mind control, invisibility, regeneration, and superhuman strength, durability, speed and stamina. He is among the few heroes who could, if push came to shove, give Superman a run for his money. His only known weaknesses are fire and, arguably, his love of Oreos.

    ANTI-HEROES

    Hero name: Rorschach

    Civilian name: Walter Kovacs

    Alignment: Anti-Hero

    Appearance:

Bio: Rorschach isn't exactly the sanest individual in the super hero community. The child of a prostitute, Walter Kovacs was brought up in subpar circumstances and was left with permanent psychological scars from seeing the acts his mother would commit on other men. This alone resulted in a rather disturbed adult, but his sanity would be left fractured even further by the atrocities he would witness as a super hero. These days he's a rather violent vigilante, insistent on making sure that the criminal element of New York suffers even worse than those they have wronged. Some call him an extremist, but Rorschach simply sees his actions as necessary evils in order to protect the innocent.

Power set/Gadgets and paraphernalia: Grappling hook gun

    Hero name: Spider-Man

    Civilian name: Macdonald "Mac" Gargan

    Alignment: Anti-Hero

    Group(s): Thunderbolts

    Appearance:

Bio: After five years of incarceration and psychotherapy, Mac Gargan -- formerly the supervillain known as "the Scorpion" -- was finally released back into the general public, no longer a threat to society. Seizing the opportunity for a fresh start, Mac got himself a job in construction, met a beautiful woman, married and had a child.

All was well until the day that he was visited by some... unscrupulous types. They represented a criminal mastermind known as "Bane", and they wanted the Scorpion back in action. Mac adamantly told them that those days were behind him and threatened them to get out of his face before he called the police. They left...

...and then they returned with some added muscle, kidnapping his wife and three-year-old son. This time, they demanded that he give in to their demands or they both died. Despite the police's strong suggestions that he stay put, Mac couldn't bring himself to leave his family behind and went after them. Unbeknownst to him, his former nemesis, Spider-man, was on his way to the scene of the crime as well.

Mac confronted the thugs at an abandoned warehouse and demanded that they stand down. It was only the timely intervention of Spider-man that saved him from being filled with bullets. With Mac safe, Spidey returned his attention to his family, successfully rescuing his wife but getting a bullet in the leg in the process. He was able to fight off most of his attackers, but was unable to save Mac's son, who was killed in the crossfire.

Mac's wife was driven to a suicidal depression, forcing her to be placed under protective care. Robbed of his future, Mac stole his old Scorpion suit and turned it over to Clockwork, an amoral engineer who could re-engineer anything with the right tools and for the right price. Mac was already imbued with superhuman strength and the ability to climb walls, so Clockwork reconstructed the suit into a new Spider suit, complete with gauntlets that shot steel cables for webbing, along with nets that could be fired and smoke bombs. With that, Mac became a brand new Spider-man, hellbent on vengeance upon Bane and his ilk...

Power set/Gadgets and paraphernalia: Nets, gas bombs, metallic webbing, wrist-mounted metal whips, Superhuman strength, durability and agility, wall crawling

    CIVILIANS

    Name: J. Jonah Jameson

Alignment: Technically good, though most see him as a nuisance

    Appearance:
Bio: Formerly the publisher of the Daily Bugle News publication, now the host of J. Jonah Jameson's just the facts, Jolly JJ is a belligerent middle aged man with a bone to pick with the super hero community-- Spider-Man in particular. He's antagonized the web-head through his polemics for well over a decade at this point, and while print is a dying medium, J. Jonah Jameson will get his message to the people come hell or high water, prompting him to start his podcast, which has been running for a few months now to reasonable success. Though Jonah's grievances with the Superhero community are legendarily numerous, the one thing he dedicates more of his time to than lambasting them is pursuing the truth. Beneath the bluster and thorny exterior lies a man whose passion for getting the facts-- the plain, simple facts-- to the citizens of New York is the stuff of legend. In many ways, the tough guy act he puts on while on the air isn't one at all, and this determination is why he'll be working in the news medium until he dies.

Now if only he could get over blaming Spider-Man and superheroes for everything...

Power set/Gadgets and paraphernalia: Able to crank out an entire article in one night using only cigarettes, coffee, and a drive for justice as his fuel, somehow has not yet had a stroke

    Alignment: Evil

    Appearance:

Bio: Ruler of Latveria, Dr. Doom's avowed intention is to conquer the entire world, and to his credit he certainly has the resources to do so. He has an entire nation already under his thumb, complete with its own military. It is only due to his arrogance that he is constantly undermined by the likes of the Avengers or the Justice League, and his ego is one obstacle he simply cannot overcome.

Power set/Gadgets and paraphernalia: Suit of armor complete with photon beams, rocket boosters, electricity flowing through its exterior to prevent anyone from removing it without his consent

    Theme song:

    _____________________________________________________

    Villain name: Bane

    Civilian name: Unknown

    Group(s): Kingpin of crime

    Appearance:

Bio: Born into the prison of Santa Prisca for a crime that his father committed, Bane grew up a hardened man. His upbringing forced him to sharpen his mind and body to their peak physical conditions, which made him an ideal test subject for the unethical experiment with the performance enhancer known as Venom. This steroid would ultimately be what enabled him to free himself and establish a foothold in Gotham, eventually becoming its Kingpin of crime. These days he's looking to expand his territory, and New York seems ripe for the picking...

Power set/Gadgets and paraphernalia: Venom pump

    Alignment: Evil

    Appearance:

Bio: Back during a period when Norman Osborn was believed dead, a hapless crook stumbled upon one of his old hideouts while attempting to make a getaway. He made the mistake of reporting back to his boss, who promptly murdered him and took everything he had discovered for himself. Vowing not to make the same mistakes as the original Green Goblin, Roderick Kingsley decided to add his own touch to the technology he had pilfered and became the Hobgoblin, a newer, more ruthless Goblin, far more dangerous simply due to his sanity.

Power set/Gadgets and paraphernalia: Goblin Glider, pumpkin bombs, energy beams in gauntlet fingertips

    Villain name: Two-face

    Civilian name: Harvey Dent

Alignment: Nominally villainous, all dependent on the coin

    Appearance:

Bio: Two-face was once Gotham's finest district attorney until half his face was permanently damaged by acid. Left unhinged by this, Harvey developed a split personality and an overriding obsession with duality. He became one of the most dangerous criminals in all of Gotham, though ultimately for all his brainpower he is utterly reliant on the toss of a single coin. Said coin is his greatest weakness and can easily be exploited.

Power set/Gadgets and paraphernalia: Decision-making coin

    Theme song: Two Face Theme

    Villain name: Dr. Octopus

    Civilian name: Otto Octavius

    Alignment: Evil

    Group(s): Sinister Six

    Appearance:

Bio: Once a renowned (if arrogant) scientist, Otto Octavius' life was forever changed when an experiment he was working on went horribly awry and quite literally blew up in his face. The explosion mentally linked him to his mechanical arms, driving him mad and turning into one of Spider-man's most notorious foes. The leader of the Sinister Six, he has done everything in his power to ensure Spider-man's destruction, but the arachnid has foiled him at every opportunity. Still, Octavius is nothing if not tenacious and is confident that he will bring about the downfall of his hated foe...

Power set/Gadgets and paraphernalia: Mechanical arms, genius-level intellect

Theme song: Spiderman Soundtrack- Dock Ock Suite

    Name: Dr Dinosaur

    Alignment: ???

    Appearance:

Bio: No one knows who or what the hell Dr. Dinosaur is. He claims he's a time travelling dinosaur, imbued with superhuman intelligence thanks to crystals. Atomic Robo insists he is the result of illegal genetic tampering. Whatever he is, Dr. Dinosaur could be a real threat, what with his ability to operate firearms and general physiology, if it weren't for his woeful incompetence. Dr. Dinosaur, generally speaking, fails at everything he sets out to do. The only thing he does succeed at is making Atomic Robo miserable, a fact he is proud of.

Power set/Gadgets and paraphernalia: Whatever firearms he can get his hands on

    Theme song:

"Walk the Dinosaur" Was (Not Was)

    Name: Spidercide

Real name: He's another goddamn clone of Peter Parker

    Alignment: ???

    Appearance:

Bio: Back during the events that Ben and Peter jokingly regard as the "Clone saga" the Jackal saw fit to throw a third clone of Peter into the mix to confuse things further. Unfortunately something got botched along the way and the end result was Spidercide-- a clone that while unlike Kaine is genetically stable is simply so stupid and incompetent that it's a miracle he's still alive. Spidercide is the Stilt-Man of Spidey's rogues gallery-- he's bumbling, inept, and desperately wants people to think he's cool despite the glaring fact that he just... isn't. Like Dr. Dinosaur Spidercide is widely regarded as a joke among heroes and villains alike and his efforts to join up with the best and coolest villains are all met with utter failure because they just can't stand him.

Power set/Gadgets and paraphernalia: All the same powers that the other Spider-men have with the addition to manipulate his molecular structure. However his lack of imagination means he rarely uses this power in any meaningful way.

    Bio
John Stewart is the fourth Green Lantern of Earth, formerly a sniper for the U.S. Marines and an architect. His power ring grants him the ability to make energy constructs guided by thought using his willpower. At heart, he is a professional soldier, a man of duty. He takes his roles as a protector of Earth, a member of the Green Lantern Corps, and a member of the Justice League with the utmost seriousness. At times this has led him into conflict with comrades like the Flash or Supergirl, who do not appear to share this serious attitude. His sense of responsibility is beyond reproach, and he expects that high standard from his comrades as well.

Beneath John's hard-nosed military exterior, there remains a certain (and normally well-hidden) streak of playfulness and sentimentality. On the rare occasions he allows himself to let his guard down, he is not above using his power ring to play in the snow, fondly recalling the comic-book heroes of his youth, or even admitting to a certain weakness for his favorite film Old Yeller.

Puny Peter Parker's ascension to hero began not when a radioactive spider bit him, granting him his arachnoid powers, but as a child as his Uncle Ben taught him about his responsibilities to others and encouraged him to be brave and generous. Following his beloved uncle's death, Peter resolved to use his newly acquired superhuman abilities for good, because "with great power must also come great responsibility." His idealism and cheerful disposition have made him an invaluable asset to the Avengers and other teams, just as much as his powers. He's inspired a number of "knock-off" Spider-Men over his decade long career, although seeing them more and more often doesn't lessen his frustration with their stealing his identity.

    Bio
Hailing from a timeline/universe in which Bruce Wayne was the only casualty of the Crime Alley mugging, Thomas Wayne largely abandoned his medical profession in order to manage Wayne Enterprises. His considerable income he then funnels into his crusade against crime as Batman. Likely due to the trauma of losing his son, he adopted a more brutal crime-fighting approach than Bruce did. Thugs are lucky to escape his onslaught bruised and battered; many of his victims are maimed or outright slaughtered when he's having a bad day. He actually does work alone, although he has established ties with the Bat-family since his emergence. No one's sure how he ended up in the same timeline as his son, or why he claims the Joker is a woman named Martha.

    Bio
Hailing from a timeline in which the X-Men and nearly all other mutants have been wiped out, Logan continues to do what he does best: survive. Years of near solitude have reinforced his cynicism and lone-wolf mindset, as did his fear of losing his friends and family again. Although his redeveloped chronic drinking problem and his extreme guilt have taxed his healing abilities severely (hence the abundance of white/grey hair and profuse wrinkling) and have dulled his senses, he retains those abilities, along with his centuries of combat experience. Finding himself mysteriously transported into a Wolverine-less world in which many of his old comrades still survive, he wonders whether this is his chance at redemption and atonement.

    Alignment Chaotic good
    Group(s) X-Force
    Appearance
    [IMG]

    Bio
Fantomex, or Weapon XIII, was a result of the Weapon Plus Program's experimentation with technological-human hybrids. He was born and was artificially "evolved" in The World, a man-made environment designed to create Super-Soldiers using Sentinel technology. Though his true identity remained unknown, he had on at least one occasion gone by the name "Jean-Phillipe", and his experiment designation at The World facility was "Charlie Cluster-7."

Amoral and brutally efficient, Fantomex has a penchant for, and enjoys the beauty of, violence. He is not above manipulating others to achieve his own ends, although he is loyal to his allies. His reason for adopting distinctive French accent was that others found it annoying and distracting.
Power set/Gadgets and paraphernalia E.V.A. (techno-organic ship connected to Fantomex's nervous system), superhuman durability & mild healing factor, misdirection/illusions, secondary nervous system, increased strength and agility; hand-guns, sniper rifle, annoying French accent

A brilliant master of strategy and organization, Ra's al Ghul's goal is to save the Earth from ecological devastation by destroying most of its population. Since it looks like I'm starting to lose some old choices, I'll go ahead and lay claim to the following.

    Heroes:

    • Hero name: Scarlet Spider
    • Civilian name: Ben Reilly
    • Alignment: Good
    • Group(s): Unaffiliated
    • Appearance: [IMG]
    • Bio: Created in one of many experiments by the super villain known as "The Jackal", Ben Reilly is considered to be the first truly successful clone of Peter Parker, the original Spider-Man. Though the their first encounters saw them as enemies to one another at first, the two would eventually start working together as Ben proved himself to be just as much of a hero as his template. Donning his own costume and identity as the "Scarlet Spider", Ben takes matters just a bit more seriously than people would expect from other Spider-Men, serving as part of an "unofficial network" of Spider-themed heroes keeping the city safe from various threats as they arise.
    • Power set/Gadgets and paraphernalia: All the same abilities associated with Peter Parker and most other Spider-Men. One significant difference between Peter and Ben are their web shooters, as Ben has modified his web shooters that respond to a twist of the wrist as opposed to the standard "double tap" method of firing off web shooters, as well as storing new cartridges and alternate projectiles such as pellets that fire off impact webbing and paralytic metal darts that are capable of briefly incapacitating opponents.
    • Theme song:
    • Hero name: Thor

    • Civilian name: Thor Odinson/"Donald Blake"

    • Alignment: Good

    • Group(s): Avengers

    • Appearance: [IMG]
    • Bio: Son of Odin and the Earthmother Gaea, Thor serves as the heir to the Asgardian throne and an example of the might of both realms. Before his arrival to Earth, Thor had allowed himself to become arrogant and cocky over time and eventually angered his father enough to prompt his banishment to Midgard, better known as the "Earth Dimension". Eventually, he gain a sense of humility on Midgard and earn the right to wield Mjolnir and his powers once again, teaming up with some of Earth's Mightiest Heroes to form the Avengers, a team he still serves and returns to whenever Midgard finds itself in crisis.
    • Power set/Gadgets and paraphernalia: Superhuman physiology, even without Mjolnir's power, granting him superhuman strength, speed, senses, durability, stamina, immunity to human diseases, levitation, a greater "healing factor" than the average human, and an ability known as the "All-Tongue" that allows him to people to hear him in their native tongues. Mjolnir provides an outlet for Thor to utilize his incredible strength as a devastating melee weapon, or to access more godly power such as the ability to manipulate the weather and most famously channel lightning into his strikes.

    • Theme song: [To Be Updated]
    Clark Kent (Superman)

    Anti-Heroes:

    • Hero name: Venom

    • Civilian name: Eddie Brock

    • Alignment: Anti-Hero

    • Group(s): Unaffiliated

    • Appearance: [IMG]

    • Bio: Once a longtime friend of Peter Parker, Eddie Brock went on to work at the Daily Bugle as Peter had and eventually found himself growing more and more resentful of Parker, reaching a boiling point once Peter had taken on the black suit and became more hostile and aggressive. As things grew more toxic between the two, Brock soon found himself fired from the Bugle and gradually losing more and more control over his life. Festering with jealousy and hatred, Eddie would become the next host of the Venom symbiote after Peter had done away with the suit, learning Peter's secret identity and utilizing this new symbiotic partnership to become "poison to Peter Parker and Spider-Man". In recent years, Brock has seemingly faded away and the symbiote had apparently moved on to join forces with Flash Thompson to become "Agent Venom", though there have been whispers of a more familiar black suited figure resurfacing as of late, leading some to speculate that Brock might be making a return.
    • Power set/Gadgets and paraphernalia: Powers similar to that of Spider-Man as replicated by the symbiote, though each ability is slightly enhanced by the suit. The suit grants Brock superhuman strength that allows him to stand up to the likes of the Hulk and Juggernaut, superhuman regeneration that is able to fight off diseases and quite a few strikes that would otherwise be fatal, superhuman durability and feats of survival, such as filtering out toxins to provide the host with breathable air. Due to the nature of the symbiote, Brock is able to access memories from past hosts to learn their identities and other such secrets that the suit would be privy to and to track other symbiotes, most prominently it's own spawn. The suit also enables Venom to bypass the "Spider-Sense" of Peter Parker and other evasive measures utilized by other hosts, morph into clothes to disguise itself on it's host body, generate a poisonous bite, and seemingly turn Venom invisible for evasive purposes.
    • Theme song: [To be added]
    Villains:

    Darkseid

    Eobard Thawne/Reverse Flash

    Flint Marko/Sandman

    Cletus Cassidy/Carnage

Does it count as an OC if I'm americanizing a preexisting concept? IDK just testing the waters.

    Hero name: Captain Bald

    Civilian name: Syrus Tamago

    Alignment: Good...?

    Group(s): Justice League, apparently

Appearance: just some random bald guy wearing a yellow leotard with red boots and a white cape. Nothing too special.

Bio (basically a brief write-up on their history and personality)

Born in a Japan where monsters frequently roam the streets, he had an average lifestyle up until he saved a kid from a crab monster. After that he decided to play hero for shits and giggles beating up monsters randomly. But as he fought his strength increased, until he could beat the strongest kaiju with little more than a backslap. That just made things boring. But then, through some cosmic coincidence he ended up in this universe, his once godlike power drained away, leaving him merely an average person by superhero standards. And he could not be happier.

    Power set/Gadgets and paraphernalia
Above average strength and speed, although not near the level of a Kryptonian and nowhere near his japanese basis. He's also freakishly endurant.

Sorry for the belated reply (and double post) but you're allowed to take all of those except for Nightwing, as he has already been claimed.

    • Group(s): Avengers, X-Men, and Justice League

    • Appearance

    • Bio (basically a brief write-up on their history and personality)
    • T'Challa is very too himself and yet still very approachable.

    • Power set/Gadgets and paraphernalia

    • T'Challa's senses and physical attributes have been enhanced to superhuman levels by the heart-shaped herb.
    • T'Challa is a brilliant tactician, strategist, scientist, tracker and a master of all forms of unarmed combat whose unique hybrid fighting style incorporates acrobatics and aspects of animal mimicry. T'Challa being a royal descendent of a warrior race is also a master of armed combat, able to use a variety of weapons but prefers unarmed combat. He is a master planner who always thinks several steps ahead and will go to extreme measures to achieve his goals and protect the kingdom of Wakanda.
    • T'Challa's Vibranium-weave uniform absorbs the kinetic force of impacts, rendering him bulletproof. His costume's gloves can generate energy daggers and house anti-metal claws that dissolve other metals on contact. His Kimoyo Card enables global communication, picks up satellite signals, and can block most radio transmissions. His boot soles are thick Vibranium alloy pads which can vibrate at various frequencies, allowing him to run up the sides of buildings, land soundlessly and without injury from a height of 50 feet, walk on water, or slice through metal. His costume is fitted with cloaking technology, allowing it to pass as normal street clothes. He also has access to the many specialized weapons and vehicles of Wakanda. The extent of technology T'Challa has access to is believed to be limitless.
