As a new continuity TF Prime presents much world building. Each episode brings to light new information. Will be update as of each episode.

    1 to 5. Darkness Rising
-A war over Energon seeded various worlds with Energon.
-Earth was the biggest battleground of ancient Transformers in this galaxy.
-Optimus and Megatron used to be of the same side.
-Dark Energon is called The Blood of Unicron, it can create life, empower and raise the dead.
-Space bridge technology is mostly Lost Technology.
    -Cybertron is dead.

    6. Masters and Students
    -Megatron led the Decepticon Uprising.
-Optimus Prime's dialogue as of Darkness Rising and Masters and Students suggest he and Megatron each chose their side.
-Skyquake hates Primes and wouldn't side with any. Perhaps this is in relation to the Decepticon Uprising.
-Transformers have life cycles. Those named are Scout Class and Warrior Class.
-Megatron sent warriors to guard Earth's Energon deposits like Skyquake.
-Optimus Prime and Skyquake last fought in Battle of Technar, where Skyquake had orders from Megatron to kill Optimus.

    7. Scrapheap

-Transformers are bad at sub-zero temperatures causing system failure if exposed too long. (Note: Space is different. Not that it is cold conduction and convection does occur in space but an object is radiating off heat in space. )
-Scraplets are the worst vermin on Cybertron able to eat a Transformer totally leaving nothing. A pod of Scarplets was ejected from orbit crashing on the Arctic.

    8. Con-Job
-The Autobots have a sub-group known as the Wreckers considered heroes and having much like other incarnations a rotating roster. Wheeljack and Bulkhead were members.
-Wheeljack was part in the Battle of Darkmount Pass.
-Lobbing a game where a metal ball is lob is a favorite pastime among the Warrior Class.
-With both Autobots and Decepticons scattered throughout the galaxies Autobots use beacons to identify allies unfortunately Decepticons are known to fake the signal.
-Makeshift is a Decepticon that can copy the specs of another Transformer of similar size.
-Primes don't party in Arcee's opinion. Optimus likes to drive.

    9. Convoy
-Before plunging Cybertron to the Great War Megatron preached an ideology similar to the human terrorist Silas. What we know of Silas are these. Utter disregard for civilian casualties, bringing about a new world order, and using the most advanced and innovative technology to win.
-In episode 2 Arcee did mention terrible Decepticon experiments during the Great War.
-In episode 6 Starscream mentioned Megatron led the Decepticon uprising.

    10. Deus Ex Machina
-Besides Energon deposits hidden on Earth during a civil war period Ancient Autobots hid an Energon Harvester on Greece.
-Ancient Autobots leave messages using the art of natives era, in this case Greece. This brings to question how old is the current generation to the older generation and when did the prior conflict on Earth occur.
-The Energon Harvester can drain large deposits of Enegon and even drain Transformers.
-Bulkhead was a construction worker before becoming a warrior. Indicating a Transformer can change professions. Or at very least Autobots are forced to cease as civilians.
-In the absence of a reliable leadership (Megatron) the Decepticons run a vote on some decisions. Much to Starscream's disappointment.

    12. Predatory
-During the war on Cybertron Arcee was a member of Team Delta led by Tailgate.
-Airachnid tortured Arcee and killed Tailgate.
-Cliffjumper and Bumblebee rescued Arcee from Airachnid.
-Much like Wheeljack, Airachnid flies solo but has taken serial killer hobby of hunting aliens making them trophies on her ship.
-Decepticon radio chatter informs Airachnid that Cliffjumper is dead.

    13. Sick Mind
-The Decepticon's bio weapons program unleashed the Cybonic Plague that wiped out millions.
-Cybonic Plague is transmittable by contact with infected Energon.
-The Cybonic Plague is created by Megatron with him knowing the cure. The Autobots never developed one.
-An Autobot ship with plague victims crashed on some desolate part of Earth. This was filled with Autobots of the same body type. Suggesting the Decepticons aren't the only ones with generic clones.
-Transformers can survive a crash if they are in stasis.
-Kaon is the capital of the Decepticons.
-A Cortical Patch is something the Decepticon's researched but is banned among Autobots. Ratchet read the literature about it.
-Megatron's dream is to kill Optimus Prime once and for all with his own hand.

    14. Out of Mind
-Optimus refers to a "End Run" distraction strategy that happened on Polyhex.

    16. Operation Breakdown
-Breakdown knows Bulkhead used to be a Wrecker
-Bulkhead implies Breakdown did a lot of terrible things.

    18. Metal Attraction
    - Airachnid left the Con cause she didn't want to "share". Thus became rogue.
    - Another Transformer artifact is found on Earth this time it is of Decepticon origin. A Polarity Gauntlet that gives off unusual magnetic properties. Which can be used in a wide variety of ways.

    19. Rock Bottom
    - An Energon mine that is supposed abandoned for 4 to 5 years still has Energon which Starscream has been saving. This indicates The current conflict has been going on five or more years on Earth.

    20. Partners
    - Millennium ago a ancient Decepticon transport ship, the Harbinger, was shot down by a Autobot battalion. Breaking in half crashing on Earth. It contains a prototype Immobilizer.
    - Starscream found the two remains but wasn't studious enough to log it or deliberately kept it secret. He didn't know of the weapon or access its manifest database.
    - Starscream was once Air Commander of Energon Seekers on Cybertron before joining Megatron.
    -Bulkhead mention the Fallen.

    21. T.M.I.
-Cybertronian Data Cylinders, during the Golden Age dozens of these cylinder were created. Each containing the sum total of Cybertronian knowledge on any given subject stellar cartography, medicine, ancient mythology.
-These were created by the Ancient Transformers.
-When war broke out the Cylinders were hidden throughout the galaxy to keep them from Decepticon reach.
-The Golden Age predates the Autobot-Decepticon division.
-The Cylinders are like batteries. Only with living energy data.
-Being prior from the war the Cylinders does not distinguish between Autobot and Decepticon. But an alien causes a failsafe where it will release the data into space.
-The data itself in whatever vessel cylinder or Transformer will release itself detecting alien life.
-This particular Cylinder is about Synthetic Energon.
-Bulkhead painted glyphs much like how Sam Witwicky in the ROTF was affected by the Allspark.
-The effect on a Transformer downloading the living data would overwrite their neural net affecting their memory.

    22. Stronger, Faster
    - Vehicon Miners are classified as Servant Class not Warrior Class thus not typical targets in engagements.
-Incomplete formula Synthetic Energon has a psychological side effects.
-As with Dark Energon turning optics Purple, Synthetic Energon turns optics Green.
-Knock Out is a Scientist as well as a Medic.
-Rachet points out Optimus has had many chances of finishing Megatron but didn't take it. Too soft as it were.

    24. One Shall Fall.
    - Written on the Covenant of Primus is a prophesy.
"When the 47 spheres align, a perpetual conflict will culminate upon a world forged from chaos. And the weak shall perish in the shadow of a rising darkness."
-The alignment starts from Cybertron ending at Earth.
-Megatron has visions of the future.
-Megatron has a vision of a volcano and an ominous face.
-Before being a Prime Optimus was like Jack in personality.
-Unicron is called the Chaos Bringer.
-Optimus finally decides to finish off Megatron.
-A volcano erupts with Dark Energon.
-Dark Energon's effect on a human body is worse than Energon. Agent Fowlewr managed to recover from his Energon prod torture.
-The only counter for Dark Energon infecting a Human is Energon.

There's also the implication that Megatron didn't found the Decepticons but (as Optimus said) joined them.

Skyquake also mentioned a battle from the past when he first met Optimus.

Does the appearance of scraplets indicate that Cybertron has its own form of wildlife?

Maybe, maybe not. Just that they are nightmare fuel for Autobots. I imagine both Autobot and Decepticon go Klingon on them like Tribbles.

Well, since Prime is supposed to be the continuation of the game. Then Cybertron also has space slugs.

And maybe scraplets are like Cybertron's version of piranhas.

Ratchet said the pod was a trap so that means someone was willing to use scraplets as weapons. Ratchet never says who set the trap so it's unclear if it was the Decepticons, Autobots some time in the great war, or if the Transformers have other enemies.

Maybe it was a trap to get rid of the Scraplets. To get them off of Cybertron. Kinda like a mouse trap.

Yeah, I took it as a trap for scraplets. They catch them in those pods and toss them into space or whatever so they can't do any damage. Ironically the pod seems to have protected the scraplets from death in the artic temperatures.

It's possible that is what it could have been. Although it does bring up the question then of why Ratchet didn't recognize it as a trap for Scraplets until it was too late? Unless maybe it was a design that was too old for him to be familiar with.

Well, it was just a big metal container. There's really nothing spectacular about it. The only odd thing about it is simply that it was found in the arctic.

Perhaps it was an improvised trap? A container of dead metal, and then they put living metal inside. Luring the Scraplets in and then wham! The trap is sealed and promptly jettisoned.

But speculation on how it worked aside, I figured the reason why nobody treated it as anything special was because it was just a non-descript container. Again, the only thing special about it was where it was found. For all they knew, it looked like a gas tank for an oversized vehicle of some sort. There was as much chance that it contained Kremzeeks as it did Scraplets.

Would you consider it a big deal to change your numbering system for these notes.. I think you're doing a great job listing them.. but just to keep the episode number and notes number the same, imho, would be easier.
In other words...1-5 Darkness Rising..then 6- Masters and Students, 7- Scrapheap, 8 etc. :thumb

Guess I'll have to rewatch Darkness Rising for that. My usb hub is little wonky now and still trying to figure out what is wrong with it.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding, but Darkness Rising was Pt. 1 of 5, Pt 2 of 5, etc.
So that's why I was suggesting re-numbering the episodes..since the HUB began listing/calling them with #6 after the 5 parter series opener.
It may not matter to most folks, but was just thinking it would be easier to connect the dots if the episode number and your notes = same. :D

You mean 1 to 5? Sure why not. Truthfully I marathon-ed Darkness Rising hence listing it as 1.
