Saw this article on Fark.com and it is absolute fail as far as I'm concerned (as did the Fark people). It is Spike.com's list of top 11 songs to pump iron too. Only ones I really agree on are #2 and #1. What would be on your list? My List: Ace of Spades - Motorhead You're the Best Around - Joe Espisito (Karate Kid theme) Immigrant Song - Led Zeppelin The Touch - Stan Bush Push It To The Limit Gonna Fly Now & Eye of the Tiger Hunger - Specter General Instruments of Destruction - NRG Dare - Stan Bush Holding out for a Hero - Bonnie Tyler Way of the Warrior - Hammerfall Sweep The Leg - No More Kings 2 Minutes to Midnight - Iron Maiden Black Betty - Ram Jam Welcome to the Jungle - GnR Take a Trip (Heavy Metal) Heavy Metal - Sammy Hagar Real American - Rick Derringer (Hulk Hogan Theme) Final Countdown Hungry Like the Wolf & Rio - Duran Duran Top Gun Theme I wanna Rock - Twisted Sister Wheel in the Sky - Journey Tom Sawyer - Rush Pretty Handsome Awkward - The Used (Barricade/Bumblebee chase) Barracuda - Heart
I listen to podcasts when I work out, Dan Carlin's Hardcore History and Common Sense, and Dan Savage's Savage Lovecast.
Everytime I Die Maylene and the Sons of Disaster Misery Signals Holly Springs Disaster Dead and Divine Oh, Sleeper Sky Eats Airplane From A Second Story Window Ligeia Hardcore/ Metal is the best to pump iron too. Gets you in the mood.
anything i can sing along to, you know... Dr Dre Tenacious D. Matisyahu Metallica Motorhead The Refreshments (Awesome CD) Phil Collins Billy Joel Depeche Mode Pet Shop Boys Willie Nelson Chris Ledoux
I just go to my metal genre category and hit shuffle/ play Mostly Fear Factory, slipknot, 6 ft under, obituary, all that stuff John Tardy always sounded like he was trying to lift something heavy anyway
I don't work out per se, but I do run in place for 20 minutes with Wii Fit while listening to wrestling themes or the TF movie soundtrack. Beat it by Michael Jackson is also excellent for that.
I don't have a playlist but when I go for my walk I use softer music for the first 30 min to warm up and wind down from work. The second 30 shifts to heavy selections and a faster walking pace.
Well it doesn't have to be what you work out to, just what would be on your list. Basically the list that Spike.com provides is kinda lacking. Just coming up with better ones. The songs I listed are songs I like to listen to while driving.. It is just they make good work out music as well...
I never saw the end of Season 2. DO YOU REALIZE THAT HAS BEEN HAUNTING ME SINCE I WAS LIKE FUCKING 14 YEARS OLD!?!? Fucking Moonlight Knight and Tuxedo Mask ... ARE THEY ONE IN THE SAME OR NOT!??! Ahhh!!!! And that big evil tree tentacle thing... American, obviously. I'm not hip with Japanese audio.
You under estimate my rage. You think I would have downloaded or just YouTube'd those episodes by now.
