Hi all, just looking for a bit of advice.

I won a couple of TFs (eHobby Dirge and Red Alert) from a Japanese seller, but in waiting for the combined invoice the seller has become "no longer registered". I have emailed him for an explanation, as his feedback is fine and I did not see any KO's in his store whilst browsing, so it could be innocent, although I haven't had a reply as yet.

I am obviously unable to complete the transaction through eBay, so are the won auctions now void? Am I no longer liable for payment? I ask as the listings still sit in my 'items awaiting payment' panel and it still tells me I have two items to pay for? I would have expected these to be removed.

    Thanks for any advice!

Odds are he did not pay his dues or broke some rule.

If memory serves correctly you are not required to continue the transaction but you may want to contact ebay to confirm.
