I don't know; the article was about how his attorney was arguing it wasn't illegal. Something about how bestiality was against the law (and the defendant had been convicted of that before) but since it was a carcass it no longer qualified as an animal. That meant it wasn't bestiality, but necrophilia, which I guess wasn't against the law there (yet).

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but just about the rest of normal society considers BOTH of those to be wrong. Go ask your high school principal if he/she thinks lusting for a comic book character is bad. Then, ask her if she thinks lusting for a pet is bad. Go ask your boss the same questions. And your parents. Don't add a scale of "which one is worse than the other?" There's no scale of which one is better or worse here; in the rest of society's eyes, that's just weird.

...but! You do understand that legality doesn't correspond with, well, being accepted. There's lots of stuff that the majority of people find just, um, gross. And what furries do is one of those things.
