    It is, but as much as I love my dogs and the wolfdogs I've known, I would never want a clone of any of them. They are unique, each and every one of them. Sure, their time here is short, but that's what makes them and the time I've spent with them so special.

    In the grand sceme, what's so special about Rover's time in this existence if his loss just means it's time to get a replacement Rover?
