Too bad its just the asteroid mode.
I would have liked to see if the humanoid mode seen in the prequel comics.

Love the alternater stuff, but those robot modes look like crap.

Looks like Deciticon "Dropkick" is exactly the same as Autobot "Ironhide". Is this a mistake? Ironhide's alt mold is a GMC "Topkick" right? Maybe someone got confused?

Also looks like they got "Cliffjumper" and "Swerve" confused. Swerve (listed as Cliffjumper) looks like Altenators Swerve. You can even see the "sunroof hatch" on his chest.

Jetfire = Movie Starscream (possible future repaint?)

Payload = Movie Ratchet (with a different head ?)

    Longarm looks new.

Interesting glimpse at potential future non-movie bots.

Looks like Smokescreen is the Alternator version, at least in robot mode. Car mode, however, does not look like a Subaru WRC. It looks just like Cliffjumper's car mode.

I think you are reading a bit much into some of these. They share card designs to simplify things. Look at Bonecrusher and Longarm for example. One is just the otehr turned around in vehicle mode. I can verify this as I have the Longarm card. Evac & Blackout share the same card design too even though the only things they have in common is that they are TFs and that their alt modes are helicopters.

Cool. Another piece of Blackout merchandise that I'll need to find. This basically confirms that Payload is the one that turns into an armored truck and that Dropkick is the pick-up.

The different characters, for the most part, share about 10 basic designs patterns in this with different 'skins' printed onto the actual card. All the jets, for example, are the exact same design. Dont read to much into that.

That kind of dissapoints me, actually. They really dont have that many characters to cycle through. They could have varied the card designs just a bit more. Only 5 of the characters have their own unique scheme. Everyone else is essentialy a 'remold' Here's a list of which characters share the same 'scheme'

    Jetfire, Dreadwing, Starscream, Thundercracker
    Bumblebee, Mirage, Swerve, Barricade
    Jazz, Cliffjumper, Smokescreen
    Evac, Blackout
    Ironhide, Dropkick
    Ratchet, Payload
    Brawl, Wreckage

I guess they took a lot of license with how these characters looked right?

Who is Longarm, and who is Dropkick? Have we seen figures for these?

We've seen in package pictures of Longarm, but we haven't seen anything of Dropkick yet.

Longarm is a tow truck from the video game. We have seen a version of this character that we are getting as a toy. I do believe that Dropkick is a low-rider pick up truck drone or something along those lines. I am not 100% on that though.

In the card game, Dropkick is simply depicted in the Pickup 'skin'.

Swerve looks interesting. Although Swerve and Cliffjumer are mixed up.
The robot mode looks new and has the movie looks. Maybe a hint for a new unknown mold.

Picked up a few packs the other day.

    My advice:

DO NOT BUY. THESE ARE EXPENSIVE AND OFF THE SCALE LAME. WAIT TILL THEY'RE IN THE BARGAIN BIN IF YOU BUY THEM AT ALL.

Sorry for the all caps, but I thought it warranted it. These things really suck.

The robot modes are generally terrible, though the vehicle modes really aren't too bad.
    The problem?
There was NO need for this game to use constructible card figures in the first place.
Its rock paper scissors with hit points and some minor effects.
As a tabletop gamer I found the rules to be slightly harder than Candy Land, and that's about it. Attactix is better honestly. At least ya can throw out scenery and use some actual strategy...

I bought 3 packs and that's it. Wonder how much I could get for Megatron on ebay though? He is a rare after all..

I'm through with blindpacked stuff, cards or otherwise!
