As of midnight Thursday, I haven't touched a cigarette. I had decided to quit the habit for good this time, after 18 years of smoking. I'm dreading work now, cause that's when my cravings are at their highest, but I've done good at maintaining so far.
Good luck, dude! Just toss 'em in the trash and get ready for a life with no black lung, no extra few dollars being shelled out every few days for an addition that kills you and no hassle of finding a lighter. Life's better without 'em! Best of luck!

I have never smoked, so I can not understand what you are going through. All I can do is wish you good luck in quiting.

Similar to how the smart kids in school do all their work all the time and get nothing, but when one struggling kid manages to do one question they get praise heaped on top of them. It's a bit like that, but people that smoke aren't really "struggling kids," ya dig? No offense to the smokers.
Good luck bro. I have a friend at work who's doctor told him that his heart was in real bad shape partly due to smoking. So he quit for a few weeks but he started up again. :/
Good Luck! or if u are a real hevey smoker, u could do like a friend of mine did. when he stoped smoking, he used the money from cig's to make a car payment! i think he was smoking like 2-3 packs a day and the money he spend in a month on cig's was enough to buy him a new car.
Goodluck, any addiction is hard to beat. If you get the craving again, you should go back and smoke reds, hopefully they are stong enough that it will be so disgusting, you won't want to smoke again.
