Hey everyone,

Here's Barri-I mean Prowl, lol. One of the carbrothers to go along with my Sideburn figure. Them being car 'brothers' and all, I pulled a universe sideswipe/sunstreaker (sort of), using the tftm barricade mold again, just in reverse. I noticed that this could be done when I was cleaning up Sideburn. He transforms perfectly into the Saleen cop car as his alt mode, with no alterations, so I just didint take those pics. I'm in the process of making his other arm, the space is so tight Im surprised I got this one in with enough room for the other. He's about 80% done, I have no idea on the head to use, and I might add a bit off detailed bits on to the bot mode. As always c&c is welcomed.

Thats nice! I think myself that the Jazz/Smokescreen head would look good, no?

 

Update: made the other hand, made some other small changes for clearance, took pics of alt mode so that the placement of the hands can be seen. You can see that the alt mode is untouched.

the head is just a placeholder for now.

 

Oh man! Love it. I would love to see the movie vehicles done this way.

These are shaping up spectacularly well, especially this one! These could totally be incorporated into the Classics-verse as well! Innovative, my friend! Dammn innovative!

These looks like it has a lot of potential. The pictures are a bit dark though...perhaps you could take some with the flash on or a light pointed right at?

 

My one suggestion would be to remove the side windows and attach them to the doors. As much as I love Barricade, those have already really seemed highly unpractical to me. I'd think it would be relatively easy to do too

This is a VERY creative use of this mold...never even crossed my mind to do something like this with barricade...i smell that my extra barricade could soon look like a movieverse sunstreaker....

 

It's funny how great the chest of Barricade works so well for Prowl's shoulderblades - amazing

thanks everyone..Im actually still working on getting a head to fit..I'll update with some pics soon.

SQ7, I had thought about that before, putting the windows by onto the doors permanently, but it impedes the arm movement a bit, and I kind of like the doors to the side..it fills in the sides of his torso a bit more. If I could make them fold in ala rotf skids feet windows then that would be perfect.
