I started on my movie Ironhide. I cut away all the excess plastic on the guns and filled it up with 2 component apoxy... thought the apoxy doesn't seem to harden enough :(  I filled up the screw holes allready too.

Barely noticeable: I swapped the smokestacks with a pair of aluminum rod stacks. Love them!

anyone have any information on using the apoxy? I want to start sanding and filing away!

I uploaded a couple of more images of my WIP. A good look at the smokestacks. They're not perfect but I'm very content on how they look.

I also fixed him up proper steps! I managed to figure out a way to hold them in place by sticking the piece between the arms and the body. It looks amazing IMO.

Lastly I started the repaint and applied a couple of reprolabels. I'm also working on the guns to make them more accurate.

Nice. Is there any way you could just glue them to the doors, so they'd just be a part of the "wings" in robot mode, thus eliminating parts-forming?

I think you could. But the only glue I have that is strong enough will bond to both the plastic (and eat away at it) and the metal. This way I can remove the bars and connect the weapons in alt mode too. I'm not against small parts used for parts forming.
