This is my 1st time doing a custom transformer. I got inspriation to do it from the likes of FR, malfunction and sicoe to name a few his superion is awsome. im doing a menasor based on the pic below using the classics range. Im not a big fan on using the primus arms so im making dragstrip and deadend as the full arms similar to malfunctions menasor. So far I have done most of the joints and the torso. I need help on how to connect the arms to the main body so any suggestions would be appreciated.

    update

i've nearly finished the feet, should have them done this week before i move

    update

i've managed to fit the other arm on now. I'm going to get the other hand fitted then start on filling the gaps and doing all the detailing as well as fitting his head.

    update

Finally settled into my new place so i can get back into finishing menasor. I've managed to fix his arms onto his torso and got his hands on aswell. I've redesigned his feet as they were too bulky and it was hard to put him into other positions instead of standing straight. I'm hoping to have the upper torso finished this week so i can start building his new legs with ball joints as the ones from unicron are a pain to manoeuvre into the right positions.

That's looking pretty good for your first bash JSP. Interesting take on the arms. Looking forward to seeing how this turns out.

Whoa sick! Welcome aboard dude! I'm also loving the arms with minimal or no use of Primus/Unicron parts! Drag Strip is looking good there. Keep it up man!

I wonder why you didn't use all the connection points you get more or less for free by using Cyb Prime. But whatever, it's your project.

However. Maybe you can use the Unicron lower body to make a trailer attachment that connects to Motomasters legs in vehicle mode. Makes good use of it. If you use Cyb Primes wingpack maybe you can even get it to work as a backpack.

i was thinking of using the wingpack but it stuck out too much and it made him topple over. all the extra parts i use will be going into a trailer. I thought of using the connection points but they just didnt work well with the overall look i was going for. i know its probably gave me more work but what the hell as long as he looks good im not bothered.
