    UPDATE: HAND CONSTRUCTION COMPLETE!

I took a slightly different route than others have done, albeit with similar parts. A few of the fingers are parts from a Spawn Cyber Units Battle Unit 001 figure, combined with leftover Fakebusker Sentinel Prime hands. Paint will happen tomorrow...

Just wanted to share something I've been working on for the past week.

    Here's a quick summary:
    - Removed the "cannon" element from the Murder Arm, inserted a ball joint. Cannon element hollowed out and modified to fit over the balljoint.
    - Built one hand out of a Fakebusker83 Sentinel Prime hand; additional detail done with Apoxie Sculpt.

    To do:
    - Build a hand for the other arm using parts from a Spawn Cyber Unit Battle Unit 001 figure (On Order) and the other Fakebusker hand. - DONE!
    - Add "armor" plating to hands to match the arm - DONE!
    - Rebuild the Murder Arm elbow joint (joint suggestions would be appreciated; I'm planning on using a heavily modified ROTF Prime arm joint). - DONE! (Used a hip joint from an IM2 Ground Assault Drone)
    - Paint and repaint elements; add weathering and details. - IN PROGRESS!

I'm gonna need at least two weeks to finish it. The parts I need won't be here until the end of next week. In the meantime, I should be able to finish the right arm while I wait for the parts for the left.

So, in essence, you're making an arm that could transform into a murder arm, a tank cannon arm, and a hand arm? Cool, I've been trying to work on that, but I went ahead and effed up on my Megatron beforehand. I'd like to see what this becomes.

That's the idea! The Murder Arm is already built (although I may refine it for stability and looks), and the cannon element works. All I need to do is build up the top of the hand for an armored look and it's done. The only caveat is that it eliminates the firing missile functionality, but I didn't really use that anyway. Plus, because of the peg on top of the cannon, it stores in the Murder Arm nicely.

I had some leftover Apoxie Sculpt after I filled in Megatron's arm holes in prep for a rebuilt elbow and after I covered his hand, so I decided to tackle DOTM Optimus' handheld swords.

I filled in the holes on the backside (Heh, backside holes), carved the tiny line details, created the rough shapes for the hilts, sanded down the posts, and put in a reinforcing rod that will eventually connect to a 5mm post. I'll probably tackle this tomorrow after I finish Megatron's elbow and hand.

I'm almost finished with the hand. The flat black base is drying now. Still haven't tackled the elbow yet. I'll post a pic when it's ready.

Yup. No reason why he wouldn't. The left arm is removable, and the right hand is removable as well.
