Hey everybody! I am obsessed with 1/24 scale, and I'm working on bringing some GI Joe into my Alt/HA collection. I started with Storm Shadow, and then moved on to my favorite: SNAKE-EYES! He started as a Battle Force 5 Zoom Takazumi, just like SS did.
I'm pretty happy with most of the figure, but I have some problems with the head, this is where I'm hoping some Radicon will help me out! The problem is, the paint which works so well on the body and face is still sticky on the parts of the head I dremeled. Also, the dremeled areas have a rough texture even after sanding. I'm terrified of melting his head, but I need some type of varnish or sealant I can put on his dome to make it smooth and match the rest of the fig.
    Any help would be appreciated!

Rustoleum specialty plastic spray paint. I'm using a silver sharpie to add the highlights

And that's for the head? Will that smooth the porous texture?
