I put this together 3 years ago as part of a Generations Seacons project that I kept under wraps until today. I'm not sure that I'll ever finish this project as I've sold off a lot of my kitbashing fodder, but I've at least got a few tangible examples I'd like to show off. C&C is always welcome.

The first figure I worked on was Tentakil, which I made out of FOC Topspin. I swapped the backpack piece with Blastoff's because I thought it would make for a better robot squid "face." I might switch it back.

The tentacles came from a Bowei Blocks set. I drilled holes into each segment and glued Lego stud pieces for "suction cubs." the tentacle tips come from Lego pieces as well And they can peg back in when folded back the right way. The tentacles are also removable and can double as "whips."

Thanks, I was actually going to say that your thread, particularly your work on Tentakil, is what inspired me originally. I didn't really have any BW fodder, so I dove into my supply of Lego and Bowei Blocks. I'm glad it worked out the way that it did.

"I've sold off a lot of my kitbashing fodder" I was wondering where you had been!!! Hopefully this get your bashing drive going again ;)

This looks great, excellent use of the mold. Those tentacles work very well. I'm looking forward to seeing more.

The unfortunate thing is that this came at a time when PCC and FOC Bruticus were the only retail available sources for combiner limbs. Energon adapters were extremely difficult for me to secure at the time. And now we have Combiner Wars. I'm wondering how difficult it would be to swap the combiner adapter from FOC Topspin with that of a CW figure.

Thanks, I might try to limit myself to what I already have since I sold off so much of my fodder.

Combiner Wars and FOC BRUTICUS male convert joint (F87VNUXEJ) by chanponman

This should help with that; it'll allow you to mix and match FOC and CW figures to get the best possible set.

I loved the other guys (Who's name I'm too lazy to check bc posting on mobile is muy difficil.) piranhacon, but I felt that using the deluxe sized torso made it wonky. I'm excited to see if you'll use a CW torso. Personally, I'm thinking the Silverbolt mold would work the best.
