have you thought about energon demolisher for Long haul parts? Thats what i was going to do for mine. I know it's not as big of a diameter wheels as what's in AHM, but they are easy to find and decently sized. Diggin the light piping! Randy!
big bot- i think i know which wheels i want to use, the hard part is mounting them to the longhaul i have made now another update all of the heads are now painted with light piping intact although scrapper and longhaul arent as good as i had hoped but for my first run at this i am pretty pleased on to the pics of the constructicon heads together
I noticed that after I loaded the pics. That would be Shelby my Siberian husky hahahaha Well I'm in Jacksonville FL. For business. Til Sunday but when I get back I'm going full steam on longhaul and hook
its parts of him i did a build on him he is really the only constructicon i have finished and painted
i actually do due the the way he transforms the upper arm cant move at all thanks guys im about to be on the hund for more parts though im gonna try and get some of teh energon combiner limbs to make the knees out of
I really, really like what you did with Scavenger there. Looks like Seeker Torso and arms but what is that elbow joint?
to have better proportions, the thighs need to be a lot shorter. if you can manage to mod the knee joints to work, while getting rid of 3/4 of the connector length, it would work wonders. just my two cents,
I like the thigh length. It'll give devy his big tall look. The only thing u might have to worry about is devy being really thin and skinny looking especially from the side. That was a problem I had with my devy. maybe sum extra armor or weapons that can attach and be used in robot and vehicle mode. Just a suggestion. Can't wait to see it finished!
yeah the pics look a little funny, i have to agree. but hook is just setting ontop of longhaul in the pics so attatching him will more than likely make his torso a little taller, and i have a plan to help make his hips a little wider but i have been debating on doing it or not (i need someone to make me a special joint on shapeways or something) and there will be a crotch panel to help elongate the torso, and hide the upper thigh. long story short i just had to show off a pic of this thing as i was giddy about the fact i figured out how to make hook fold around the right way. but thanks for the critiques guys i am deinantly keeping an open mind on this as it constantly evolves. and destruction you are right from the side he is kinda thin but i imagine how i end up attatching hook will have some affect on that as well, i hope it will give him more of a back pack. thanks guys
I found with my devy adding to the lower legs will really help with the thinness problem also i used really thick thigh pieces. Maybe a profile shot will help us give sum suggestions. Keep at it man!
