An idea I've been kicking around for a few days has finally begun. I've still got some joint work to do, but this is the basic idea. They needed very few mods to combine this way, no extra parts or partforming needed (except maybe a combiner head). Alt and robot modes remain unaltered.

I can't decide if I should add a combined head or not - story wise, he doesn't really need it. If I do add one, I'm thinking a larger version of Cosmos's head, or some kind of clear one that would represent a hologram that he creates.

UPDATE: New pic, some changes made.

Very cool idea, looking forward to this one. Your description makes wacky old Cosmos out to be a rather sinister sort of gentleman..

I think it would be cool to combine both head ideas. A larger more menacing Cosmos head that is translucent, if possible.

Make him a head, traslucent or not. He needs one. I can't even find those Legends, and you have made them a combiner. I envy you. Fantastic idea.

They are held on with plastic tabs permanently attached to the arm guys that slide into slots on Cosmos's legs. Cosmos's hip joints provide shoulder articulation.

I like that translucent Cosmos head idea - makes sense. I think I'll try that out, just need to find something clear that's the right size.

it looks great, he makes a nice big torso. my only nitpick is the off-sized arms.

Cosmos hates Wheelie, that's understandable...but Beachcomber? Wow, I hate to imagine what he did to piss off Cosmos THAT much...

But as for the combined figure: AWESOME! The main arms as a body looks cool.

That's weird - they do look off in the pic now that you mention it, but they're the same length (minus Warpath's gun barrel). I may have to do some adjusting when I do the final arm connectors.

I think he just hates hippies or something. He can't wait to smack him into buildings and say "Quit hitting yourself! Quit hitting yourself!"

    Dude this is fantastic!

Already it's a better body shape than any 80's combiner. Very creative - and great idea to make Cosmos the head/centerpiece - gives a nice heroic barrel chest/pecs/shoulder shape. Personally, I don't think you need to add a bigger head. It's entertaining to see his actual Cosmos head - and with it's small scale it makes the gestalt feel massive. Smaller head=bigger illusion of scale. Keep it as is IMO.

    Great job!

Too friggin' sweet! As far as the head goes, I'm torn. I love the idea of the holographic-but-bigger cosmos head, but I also already like the way cosmos' regular head looks on the combiner mode. I'd say go for it, and...

maybe every once in a while his holo-projector acts up and he has to go "tiny-headed".

Updated with new pic - I redid the torso connection between Brawn and Cosmos, adds some needed length in the torso. Redid arm connections. He's solid and can be handled without falling apart.

My main problem now is the wheels on the feet - they make him want to roll around and fall down. I may have to immobilize them.
