well its a revival time for headmasters and power masters as well
    :)
got my insiprtion from all the amazing people here that did this guy a huge comeback -napjir ,anemis ,kelvin

wanted to do the master piece version but now that anemis may reproduce his as akit decided to just articulate my junker .
this is still a wip -although that most of the job is already done and it just waits to b essembled.

the little robot will recieve shoulders ,waist, articulated hands, neck, knees
the big guy will get elbows, knees,a better movable waist ,neck ,articulated hands

maybe i'll add some LED's and voice chip -but first adding articulation and painting this monster

i used energon inferno for the elbow of the big bot
    Inferno (2004) - Autobot - www.tfu.info
also some of his articulation went to the little bot knees
megatron RID legs for the big bot legs and knees
    Megatron (2001) - Predacon Leader - www.tfu.info

inferno's arms fit like a glove to the elbow part and the megs legs will still need some putty work

    Q&C r a must :)

I may try this as well, I happen to have a junker lying around as well, I especially like how you did the arms. Now maybe they can extend past his chest :D

    Looking good thus far, BB.

I was really digging your SQUEEZEPLAY, so I'm anxious to see how you handle PM Prime here.

    update :)

today i was supposed to study
but somehow i cant ,rather deal with my pmop

so i fixed the shoulders by removing the smoke stacks and replacing them with my optimus prime dvd edition's ones. i drilled a hole in the lower part of the smoke stack -to hold it in place and drilled another hole in the top for the ball joint to connect .

gave the little bot arm some extra articulation -shoulder ,and twisting arm ,and a ball joint for the articulated hands .

the rotation to the arm was tricky ,but was solved with alittle bit of help of some lego technic parts

I've been thinking for a long time that a clever person could sell a plastic upgrade kit for Powermaster/God master Optimus - that replaces the non articulated pieces where possible and enhances Godbomber as well - maybe even adding a Roller Headmaster.

I think the lack of decent compacting arms is still a feature I notice the lack of on the 80's Hasbro version especially.

    tnx man
i love this fig alot thats why iwantedto upgrade him

those hands r from hlj those r 1/100 hands
    1/100 Normal Hands B

one end goes into the hole of the lego and the other was hust cut/squeezed with a plier to make the end to attach better to the putty
a smooth regular shape wont adhare that good and there is a chance of slipping from the putty .
the lego part will still b able to move if its connected to a static place

nice idea but it will b extremly hard and expensive to manufacture
though i might try your idea with the headmaster roller :)

tnx for the kind words guys

    electronic updated 24/2/10

    i was lazy today
delt with some more articulation issues ,but the main stuff r that now the big bot's head has a microswitch and a LED
and so does mp dvd edition gun with a led and a microswitch

i'm planning some LEDs for the small bot as well but they will take some more time to figure out how to lay the wires .

managed to give the small bot a neck !!
that wasnt so easy ,cause the small bot head fits excatly in the place and there is no space to add a ball joint ,so i added one ball joint and an hinge ,tomorrow i'll test fit my try with some glue (which just ran out ) and i hope that i'll manage to fit 2 SMD'S in his eyes...
lots of lots of work still to come .

Oh that reminds me, I cut that plastic between his feet away some years ago. I don't know why, but somehow it was a dumb idea :(

    edit:
Why did you cut the cabs smokestacks?

cutting that plactic is not dumb ,it gives the legs more movement.

i didnt cut those smoke stacks ,i replaced them with mp dvd edition ones.
the old ones held the arm inside and when i gave the arm articulation i had to remove them and they looked to simplified imo ,and now because of the width of them i can put the shoulder inside without any problem.

god of styrene ,posts in my thread i feel honored :)
    tnx for the support

and blue was my initial thought as well .....
