    constructive criticism welcomed.

Its mostly made out of mighty putty, with some paper clips as a skeleton and his hair things.

    his neck is articulated.

    EDIT:

clearer pics with some paint, and some people have been asking what I used to sculpt it.
An old rusty pocket knife keychain from 2 years ago...

It's looking very cool from what I can see, but I'd love to see him in more detail. Try using the close/up macro feature on your camera (if you have one) with the flash off, and use a lamp to light it.
Do you have an alt mode in mind for him? In theory, of course.

I'm really impressed with the detail that you got into that Mighty Putty. When I'm sculpting, I often do my details in slower setting stuff, so I have more time to work it. Would you mind showing some of the sculpting tools that you're using?

I got to agree with TS, here.
I am impressed, you did that with Mighty Putty.
    That stuff sets pretty quick.

No alt mode, plus only his neck is articulated. I would have no idea how to make those legs actually work.

    ...I use a pocket knife...

If anyone wants to trade lessons in painting for lessons in sculpting, totally up forit by the way.

    ...

Is this really a big deal?
I mean... I didn't know people used special tools to sculpt...
