I revisited CW Liokaiser recently since getting my first 3D printer up and running, and came up with a 6-bot configuration that doesn't require extensive modding to any of the limbs or torso bots, and they all retain their stock bot and alt modes. It's built around a Dezarus "frame" that all 6 bots connect to (anti-parts former people can see your way out now, I'm not a magician... Lol). Using the heavily dremeled out and cut Dezarus framework with combiner port pieces designed by asphalt and dencio333x on Thingiverse, the torso accepts the 2 CW bots (I'll be swapping out Rook for Swindle once I get another one) via their combiner pegs, so they are locked on solid. All that's left is finishing a neck swing arm joint for the combiner head, and then cleaning some of the rough sections on the torso combiner joints. This is all just a proof of concept piece, as I will be designing printable bolt on parts with the proper sized cutouts for the Dezarus frame (once I get a new video card for Tinkercad). And of course he'll need paint, new heads, etc for all the individual bots. Seems to be shaping up alright so far, just needs some refinement. Update 9/20! Restarted from scratch after not digging the proportions and look of Dezarus Frame V1. Decided to build a completely new frame ground up using 3D printed combiner ports to form the entire upper body skeleton. MUCH sturdier and allows for a cleaner look with all 6 bots mounted on the frame. This is what I'll be sticking with moving forward due to how functional and solid it is.
