    I bought a giant lot of Transformers from him. I received about half of them, and he claims the rest were accidentally sent to his cousin. Supposedly, they were going out to me two weeks ago, but I have not seen them yet. I will update this if/when they arrive, but for now I am very displeased.

    Chargeback complete. I recovered $42 of the $100 paid. What he sent me was worth the remainder, so at least I didn't get shafted.

    Final comments: NOT RECOMMENDED, not at all. Don't even chance it. You will be sorry.

    After the chargeback was initiated and PayPal notified the seller, he finally got around to sending the rest of the items. So I have reversed the chargeback and he should have his money back within the next few days.

    At this point, I don't know if the seller made an honest mistake or was trying to shaft me. But it all worked out.
