I can't thank Rich (Spurt Reynolds) enough for hooking me up with RTS Windcharger here! I have yet to see this guy on shelves here and I'm beginning to think we won't see it. From day one of seeing Windcharger, I really liked most everything about him, with the exception of the height. His short stature makes his arms look a bit too long, so when I first saw early pics of what we were getting, I started brainstorming a way to fix it. I had some old parts from a TFTM Brawl (trying to redo Brawl for my Bruticus project that will NEVER end). Anyway, I snagged a couple of small parts from him (no clue where they were on him--I think they may have helped hold the automorph gears). I measured and cut them to size and glued them together, then glued a small piece of styrene to the back to help brace it and hold it in place. I can snap a pic if anyone wants to see the underside to see how it fits and all. And yes, it still transforms (as one of the picture shows) and it doesn't hinder the leg movement or anything. This mod makes him much more proportional and the same height as Classics Bumblebee. Just need to paint up some details on that dull gray plastic and the piece I added. See, I'm a shrimp.....and numbnuts here next to me will attest to it: new piece: Windcharger feels something missing: Much better--color shot! Black & White shot (so the green piece doesn't stick out & lets you see the overall look): Color shot with the new parts and....what's your name again? Strike a pose--the new part fits! YAY! Upskirt shot!
