will taking ephedra supplements improve someones vertical jump

    i bought a bunch of it before they took it off the shelves so legally i can own it an was woundering does it improve anerobic performance like sprinting an jumping etc im 28yld now an play alot of basketball i have been tryin to figure out how to grab the rim on a 10ft goal im like 5ft8 with my shoes on an still cant do it the only thin have been thinking about doin is doin 400 jumps 2 days a week so thats 200 jumps every tuesday an wednesday using plyometric boxes i weight 175lbs can squat 375lbs deadlift 315 for 5 straight reps powerclean 215lbs 1 set 4 reps an powersnatch 175lbs 1 set 4 reps i just need to find a good supplement routine maybe adenotrex an a good jumping routine air alert 3

    All that stuff does is increase your chances of dying sooner rather than later. So good job on buying all of it you could. I suggest you double up on your doses.

    well what would be better then that to help improve vertical jump height i can almost do the splits i stretch an just wanna find some kinda supplmenet to give me the edge theres somthing called adenotrex an air alert program

    28 eh? I believe the last time I was concerned about my "vertical," I was about 10 years old and trying to touch every door frame, hanging sign, etc that I came across. No, seriously.

    This guy can't be for real can he? Why are you worried about your vertical at 28? If you haven't made it to the pros by now then it's kinda late for that now.

    i mean this has been a goal since highschool i could never touch the rim the cloeset i have gotton was like 4 inches away thats not goood enough i cant live with myself until i can do it maybe i need to do 400 box jumps 2 days a week
