I'm wondering if the financial success of Revenge of the Fallen will mean that TF fans will see more high quality toys. Either more high end Tf's (MP's and Alternity) or just better QC on store releases (Classics, Animated).

Doubt it. My ROTF Smokescreen is missing A WHOLE PAINT APP from one of his bumper grills (I'd never have bought it myself, I got it as a gift from a friend, plus it's easily fixed with the right silver enamel, but still...).

Oh yeah. It would be nice if Hasbro had better quality since the're banking so much from the movie, but the don't care one bit. We keep buying they're stuff even though if falls apart once removed from the package.

Yeeeeah, gonna have to go with no. The price hike hasn't even managed to provide the same level of paint apps we are accustomed to, and hasn't seemed to increase QC any. If anything, Hasbro will be able to continue the way they have been but with increased profits. Not going after Hasbro, but that's just what businesses do.

I'm waiting for the day KO and bootleg companies have better quality toys than Hasbro :p

I really don't see good profits off the movie line going to either better quality or increasing the number of releases per wave.

first movie line was incredibly successful, and look at all the wave 1 animated QC issues. the worst of any TF line ever.
