    A quick question.

Are these Henkei! Henkei! transformers! having a backstory as Binaltech did, or they are just gonna release the toys?

this should be in the toy forum, but I doubt there's any backstory.

Terebi Magazine has a TF manga again to promote the Henkei line, so yes.

I bet they'll try to integrate it in with everything else (like TakaraTomy does), but I, too, doubt there will be a backstory.

If these figures were G1, of course.

But as these are NEW figures, maybe they would create a NEW story, as if it was another continuity, ot a progression from BT, or something like the exclusive comics from the conventions.

Well, knowing Takara, they probably will be considered G1.

With some insanely far-fetched reasons to why some of them look so different to the originals.

I thought there would be a mini comic included with the toy? There will be TV magazine articles as well, but judging by the telemocha one I saw, it will probably be simply a picture of the toys with captions.

i wish they made a manga series or show based on the classics line. that would be cool =] pretty close to original g1 line but with a more modern and updated look.
