I'm planning on getting Classics Hot Rod, and intends to repaint him as Universe Stunticon Wildrider, but I wonder, which robot head from A/E/C would be suitable to replace Hot Rod's head?

Ah yeah, now that I've ordered SE Dragstrip & Motormaster (Nem Prime + Shadow Commander), only Wildrider, Dead End & Breakdown left. ;)

Wild Rider? Go with either cybertron hardtop or armorhides head. Might actually be more practical to use the target versions from 2007 since their darker and you can find better prices on them. (target clearance for example was very good to me a few weeks ago)

Do you need to replace the head? Hot Rod has a pretty small head and anything larger is going to stop him from being able to transform.

Eh, actually the reason why I avoid most of Henkei lines (except Megs, Astro, Ramjet), are their atrocious chromes.

In a moment of weakness and having some overtime money in my bank account I just purchased Dragstrip from HTS. I didn't want to do it because I knew I wouldn't be satisfied until I had a complete set of Classics Stunticons and now i'm already plotting:sly2:

I wouldn't spend that much money on Henkei Wildrider but i'm wondering what is the chance of Hasbro releasing some more Stunticons as SE editions? Botcon toys?

I already have Shadow Commander ordered which is good for Motormaster but I had some ideas for customs.

    Breakdown - Sideswipe (no brainer)
Dead End - Silverstreak (with back spoiler removed)
Wildrider - ? Not actually a fan of using Hot Rod for the mold so i'm wondering what might go better.

edit: Just looked at the radicons thread and saw frenzy rumble already did most of these in a bang up job. Just going to go by some of those.

    Well, speaking as someone who:

    1. Actually owns Henkei Wildrider
    2. Is not the biggest fan of Vac-Metal parts
    3. Refuses to base brief reviews of toys on internet phrasology begot of 4Chan...

The chrome on Wildrider is actually well done. It's not distracting, not terribly out of place, and gives the otherwise monotone toy a real hint of brilliance.
