Does the Wii Sports game included with it not have any music or sound, besides the sounds from the controller itself? That's all I'm getting and since I do not have any other games yet, I can't tell if it's the way the game is, or if something odd is going on with my Wii.

Also... New Super Mario Wii worth it?

Have you tried any other games to see if there's sound to them?

    Yes. Yes it is.

No, there's supposed to be sound. Check your connections to your TV (or receiver). And NSMBWii is a great game, especially if you love old-school side-scrollers.

    ...no, because I have none.

I had a thought after I read that. It's the RFU connector to my wii. I have a generic multi-connector due to not being able to find an official one when I bought my wii, so I have to unplug the connection to my PS3 for it to have any sound. Thanks!

I had that issue with my multi connector, try unplugging the other consoles.

New SMB Wii is pretty good. Not great, but definitely worth a play through. The DS version was more enjoyable, in my opinion, as this kinda feels like a retread. Nonetheless, it's still very fun to play.

Don't plug and unplug frequently, it actually wears out the ports. Go buy a selecter box.
