Wii Games Will Sport American Heart Association Seal of Approval - Nintendo - Kotaku

Love it or hate it at least this part should be a good thing
some might say "only that much" but at least its something.

and i gotta give it to Nintendo (and others), at least they're trying. Yeah there's other ways but this is a game, something fun that actually helps. This could be that little push people need, which in turn get them to go outside, hit a gym, or put in that P90X DVD.

It never hurts to know that your games can encourage you to be healthier. True.

I have never played a game besides DDR where I felt like I was getting any cardiovascular exercise at all.

And I don't have DDR for the Wii.
