From what I've heard, it's pretty bad. I have a Wii and didn't get it, partly because I already have it for the PS3. It's less violent aswell.

I've seen a couple bits of gameplay online and I got to say it looks terrible. I have played the Wii game for ROTF though, worst game I ever played in my entire life.

It's great for a rental/gamefly or whatever. It's not at all comparable to WFC and I think that's why it got such a bad rap. It's basically a Time Crisis clone, but with the vehicle sequences worked in too. Very fun arcade style
Shooter. Bumblebee chats constantly and is always so over the top optimistic that by the end of the Autobot side you expect him to take on Trypticon by himself. My friend and I still make reference to "I can do it Optimus!".

Point is, if you go in expecting next gen 3rd person view platforming, you'll think it sucks. If you want a fun two player blasting romp with a nice story, it's rather perfect.

We have WfC for PS3, and we're thinking of getting Cybertron Adventures for my son's 8th birthday. I hope he likes it.

i rented it at the library once and its pretty bad. There is no variety among the robots. They all have the same weapons, and you literally cannot even move your character, all you do is shoot a group of enemies, and then the computer will move you to the next area, where you shoot more enemies.

And this attitude is why I will forever say the Halo and other "next gen" games ruined everything lol.

For Wii, just get Mario games. If you want good Transformers games, buy them for PS3 or Xbox 360.

I played war for cybertron for wii and I liked it.

Its a short and sweet, Average lightgun shooter with combat driving sections. The direction of the story plays alongside some events in the main war for cybertron, complemented further. The chatter and mission objectives are entertaining if the idea of playing through a new Transformers Cartoon seems interesting to you.

Play it if you want another taste of war for cybertron after completing the xbox 360 or playstation 3 versions.

Will recommend Sonic Colors for new wii fans on a budget. Its one of the most solid platformers in ages, and the visuals make the best use of the wiis graphics hardware.
    Mario is to Mainstream.

Cybertron Adventures is pretty bad. I rented it and had it beat in a day. I will say it's better than DOTM Stealth Force for Wii.

Not the greatest game ever, but the dialogue is fun to listen to.

Yeah, most third party support kinda dropped Wii development. SEGA, Capcom, and Square-Enix continue to support it, though. The first party titles for Wii are as strong as ever. Super excited for Skyward Sword.

It's not very good. As mentioned it's just very limited and unlike the others, doesn't follow the same overall story either.

Personally I think the DS Version is the best, followed by the 360/PS3 version. My friends and I rented the PS3 version while Cybertron Adventures was pretty much a rent and make fun of it game. Even though I own the 360 now and have been playing it a lot lately, I still think the DS version is the better game overall.

The Wii version of a multi-platform game is the worst? What a surprise. /sarcasm

It's kind of damn depressing, really.

People need to stop looking at the game like a wii version of war for cybertron, they should look at it as its own game with the same characters.

The game was alright, but it is definitely not worth full price, especially given the plethora of quality on-rails shooters on the Wii that cost less. I'd say don't pay more than $20, $25 tops.
