I seriously doubt she hates you. More likely there's something physically or mentally going on that you need to find out about, and possibly bring in professional help for. Entirely possible she's pregnant, too - that will often cause some radical changes in behavior, including not wanting to be touched. This is what marriage is about, dude - things go wrong and you have to figure out what's really wrong and fix it.
