Thing with prequels. They don't change the present. Plus, with the Movieverse closing, I see no reason to watch it. Not a fan of the crybabies either, or Hailee Steinfeld. Hopefully the toyline is better. Bayverse is pathetic, now the Animated Prequel is gone too. Thanks, Awesomepow.

 

The sequels were also not really connected to each other. If you could watch them, you can also watch the prequel.

I'd be more interested if he was directing a "main" TF movie instead of a pointless spin-off.

 

Potentially if it ends up being a critical and commercial success then the current movieverse might continue.

I agree that my interest in the film has sorta been sucked away because of all the doom and gloom surrounding the Bayverse right now but I'm still hoping for the best (and TF6).

 

Because it'd be nice if the last Bay movie was the only good one.

If it’s good, and I mean really good. They should just use it as a reboot and just announce the old stuff is gone and make a direct sequel to the Bumblebee Movie.

Idk maybe because I trust Travis knight and none of the actors or actress have been dicks like people claim like with with Shia or Megan or mark

 

Also why wouldn't you watch this movie it's gonna be different from what we seen and heard did we see explosions every time we saw a photo nope we saw like one or two

 

Even though I dislike the Bayverse movies, I'm holding onto a glimmer of hope that this movie will be at the very least decent.
If its an out and out good movie, all the better.

I hope Knight has a less "over the top" style with BB and makes it somewhat intimate.

Dude the Bayverse's prehistory has been changed five times now. Bumblebee can literally do whatever it wants.

 

I'll make my decision in the next 9 months: 2 BB or not 2 BB, that is the ???

 

I love the Bayverse, so of course I'm going to watch another film in the same universe. While Bumblebee isn't my favorite, I find that he can be an interesting character in certain media. For example, IDW's take was so new to me that I enjoyed the change, while the movieverse BB is a bad ass. I'm excited for this film, because it'll be the last time that I'll be able to enjoy a new film it the Bayverse. It also seems to be a breath of fresh air, which I feel is needed in the TF franchise in general.
