Hello,i have a question ,why Transformers don't destroy Unicron head in G1 season 3,why the Transformers let his head remain and orbit Cyberton?
I think his head shall be destroy since his head bring back dark memory in the movies of those transformers killed by him.

Shall Rodimus Prime went inside Unicron head and use the matrix to destroy his head for the revenge of the Lithone and other?

    Thanks

Dude. It's a fucking cartoon. How many of these threads are you going to make? There's a difference between proposing what-ifs for discussion purpose and inquiring about stupid plotholes from an 80's cartoon.

Because in most normal cases people are DEAD when the only part of their body left is their head? In Unicron's case, this is mostly true, as the only other person we see his disembodied head talking to just so happens to be the ghost of Starscream. No other characters ever interact with Unicron directly after the movie.

I always figured they left it there as a warning to any alien races who might want to conquer Cybertron. Like a "Hey, we blew up a giant, planet eating dark god. Don't mess with us." kind of message.

That, or they left it there to serve as a reminder of all the comrades lost during Unicron's attack... or something...

Besides, they had no way of knowing he would still be alive. Generally when things blow up like that they die.

Because he ate the moons and they needed something to stabalize the gravitational imbalance.

It's a grim reminder of a destruction that was to take place AND also a symbol of victory for the Transformers as a whole? oh blimey

Even if they initially didn't know they would have learned Unicron was still alive after the incident with Starscream's 'ghost' and the incident with Grimlock and the Technobot's creation.

Because the Autobots devoted their limited energy and resources to practical things on Cybertron, rather than large scale demolitions of massive orbital bodies (heads!) that looked a bit creepy?

They used it like a lawn gnome of course.

I mean, seriously, giant floating robot head? That's prime landscape decoration right there, but on a planetary scale!

They perceived that he would not be a threat because he would no longer be the head of a major company.

It certainly wasn't the way for Unicron to get a head in life.

It wasn't a good time for Unicron to lose his head.

    Who knows?

Watch the Cybertron series you'll understand.

Their is a balance of Good nad Evil and without the great Evil Unicron....it can disrupt the space and time contium opening up Black Holes and can destroy the Universe.

But i think it's cause the Season 3 Transformers are still too scared to go into him or their too arrogant to finish him off.

    Not gonna lie here.

That's probably not a job I'd wanna volunteer for either, and considering that my tech specs list my courage as 8, that's saying something.

I guess they got rid of it eventually. Gradually breaking off the pieces of the head and recycling it.

Whenever you blow up anything orbiting your planet, you're going to get a ton of debris raining down on you. The Autobots were in the process of rebuilding Cybertron after what's probably the most devastating attack in its history, they didn't want to make it worse. Leaving the head where it was was probably considered the wisest course of action until they could figure out how to dispose of it safely.
