Why no love for the movie's viral marketing sites?

It boggles me the lack of attention that the film's two viral marketing sites are getting from the mainstream TF fans (AND fansites!). Both The Real Effing Deal and GiantEffingRobots.com have really been picking up steam in the last few weeks, and there has been little-to-no mention of them on the Transformers Fansites!

Over the last week, TheRealEffingDeal has posted 8 or 9 'news articles' about these giant alien robots popping up in differnet places around the globe! -If not just for the entertainment value of playing along with the viral site, it's actually to get a little look at how the characters move on screen (even if it's just a quick glimpse of them before they disapear offscreen)...

Why aren't you people checking these sites out?!?!?!

This as well as more just from checking out the sites above!

I forgot about them. They need to sneak them into our radars in some shape or form. Hell I would even make dummy accounts on some fan sites and post some bizzar reports with links to the sites.

Wait, which one is Simmon's site? I want to support his more. He has inside info.

I think the reason nobody cares is because these websites were an afterthought. They didn't come online until WELL after the publicity machine for Revenge of the Fallen started.

The Sector Seven website started in early 2007 (after the first password appeared in the December, 2006 trailer), as I recall, and it actually had news, such as the casting of Hugo Weaving.

This, and it's not as interactive as the Sector Seven viral marketing/ARG was.
It's a neat little side thing and all, but not nearly as big as the whole Sector Seven deal.

Didn't even know about them. And the names are lame.
